How I became an MD (music director) for @bestfriendirl ⭐️
Move. Grind. DM bands. Blow your savings on gear.
Learn playback, monitors, rigging, etc. from scratch.
Have your whole rig die before a show…
Then still pull off the best night of your year to a sold-out audience opening for @mikaylageier ⭐️

I’ve put in countless hours of my time, dollars from my bank account and energy in heart to get to this point where I can move in complete confidence as an MD💻and I couldn’t be prouder of how my life has changed over this past year!

Putting on shows has become my favourite thing to do and I am so excited for more and more music to come!
Best. Friends. Forever.⭐️

opening for the extremely cool @mikaylageier november 15 with my band @bestfriendirl at the drake and tickets are low, much like the 2008 hit by flo-rida

i like toronto a lot. it’s been really invigorating to exist in such a busy city. i took pottery classes and was god awful at it and am already looking forward to doing it again. i like baseball now but only when we are winning and everyone is having lots of fun about it

PLAYBACK!💻🎧⭐️

My greatest obsession of the year has been elevating live shows by combining a live band with tracks and pre-recorded elements! I’ve loved building sessions and operating/performing with the bands that I work for this year and playback has given me a new lease on live music entirely! ⭐️✨

Thank you to @tae_hauk @bestfriendirl and @ashleysienna444 for trusting me to MD🎧/Operate💻/Drum🥁 for them over the past year! I can’t wait for my upcoming shows in November and many more to come!🤞

How I prepared for the @itsahati Komplet EP Release Show!⭐️

As a drummer, I have to learn new things on the fly all the time, and that was no different with this awesome show!💃

@itsahati and @jaidendavisjones made an exceptional record together and I loved being able to join them on stage at the EP release for Sahati’s new record. The show was held at @spc.unltd and they welcomed us into open arms to set up our sound stage and for the rest of the event crew to set up lights, projections, merch, and a DJ booth!

I had so much fun learning the SPD-SX drum pad, courtesy of @aelank to be able to play sounds from the track live during the set!💻

This was an awesome experience and I can’t wait for the next one! Stream Komplet today!⭐️
