Missing you everyday @marinex777
🎂Happy Birthday I wish this was a bad dream I love you forever and miss seeing your beautiful face & feeling your energy everytime saw each other or talked.

Gone never forgotten #RIP #stopdomesticviolence💜

Marina, you were the essence of what pure beauty was and not just because your beauty in physical was unmatched but because the beauty in your pure ❤️

What started as a meeting by chance over 17 yrs ago us getting on to the same train at the same time to different destinations but sitting across from each other what started as a simple hello to a 2-hour conversation that then turned into a bond and friendship that I always cherished.

You became a VIP at my nightclub and from there even after I left the biz our bond still remained strong going on a 15 years.

Times would pass in life and even though there were gaps we always checked in on each other seeing you every time I got the chance was always the highlight of my trips to Toronto to see that beautiful smile that lit up every room you walked into

It still reading now our final conversation and even though I told you many many times no matter what you always had a safe place for you and your daughter with me my door was always open I did my best to protect you I just wished you had walked you came & I would have kept you safe.

Now not a day will go by I don’t miss you or think about you or will now talk to you in dreams and overplay our voice notes & read our text msgs for a smile when life doesn’t make sense.

So much has happened in the world since you left and the good part of the world left the day you died.

For me right now it still feels like a bad dream...The thing that eventually strikes you about the death of someone you love is the permanence. When that hits, there is an overpowering sense of loneliness and aloneness. Those wounds do not remain raw, not forever, but they do remain.

You never get over it because ‘it’ is the person you love. The pain stops, there are new people, but the gap never closes. How could it? The particularness of someone who mattered enough to grieve over is not made anodyne by death. #DTEFLON

On many occasions, John Bishop McCarthy does so at great personal expense, losing the love of his life and unborn baby in season 2

Those he thwarts to bring to justice subsequently target him and his loved ones. Bishop is not a crooked agent, though his frequent use of torture to gather information has generated much controversy and discussion.

Reed at first who became his partner was reluctant to work with him due to his methods but she starts to understand why John must do the things he does and she finds herself changing in the process to how she approaches the job .

When a federal building is targeted in biological weapons attack and Reed is injured and infected with the virus her life hangs in the balance Bishop will stop at nothing to get revenge and bring down those responsible and find the antidote to save Reeds life .

As he begins to track down the mission with other DTU agents who then are in a violent standoff against the Cartel run by Hector & Raul Salazar who ordered the hit.

Interview with @aeprmedia #IndustryInsiderMagazine

Interview by Marcus Dale
📷📸📸 by David Chen Photography

When I stated this journey I was just a kid with a dream….

This year for me marks 35 years in working in the entertainment film television modeling and music industry and many have come and gone in my life on this journey, Many have shown love and same amount have shown hate and that is apart of the game when you get into this world ,

You have to have tough skin and a inner Teflon protector to survive but for any of you just starting out on this path what I can tell you is to do this job and do anything in this biz you must do it with nothing more or less then 100 percent passion and do it for you so my advice to anyone thinking of a career path in showbiz
・・・
To achieve success as a Model , Actor, Artist, Photographer , Businessperson or any self sufficient Entertainer or Entrepreneur. If there is one thing I learned from my mentors,is You have have to work tirelessly , day in day out

You have to be relentless producing content & improving yourself.

Networking & building relationships day and night , do right by people & communicate over the phone verbally not by text and in person.

If you’re looking for greatness in the world of showbiz and achieving your dreams,

Don’t ask for permission or directions from the crowd. You were created as you are for a reason, to bring a unique gift to the world that no one else has to offer.

You’ll never get to YOUR destination on someone else’s path,#Silence your critics to work harder then anyone else and listen only to the sound of your own voice and shut everything else out cause everything else is just background noise.

*Note You will work harder for you than any job but it will be worth it . & as for your Family & Peers. Do you .Do it for you. Live to make you happy , NOT what makes them happy or comfortable.

They will come back once you start winning!

Being alone feels lighter than being with someone who makes you feel like you can be swapped.

People love the idea of labels.
Wife sounds serious.
Girlfriend sounds close.
But none of that means anything if the person still treats you like you’re optional.

Because the real pain is not being single.
It’s being with someone and still feeling alone.
Still feeling unsure.
Still feeling like you have to compete for the bare minimum.

At some point, your mind starts to shift.
You stop fearing loneliness…
and start fearing staying where you are not valued.

And that’s when you realize something simple.

Being single might feel empty some days…
but being replaceable feels worse every single day. #DTEFLON #explorepage #wisdomquotes #blackmensfashion

#behindthescenes🎬 @strategicresponseunit @visionfilmstv studios

Nothing in your life changed when you stayed comfortable.

Every good thing came after a moment where you almost backed out.
Where you overthought it.
Where fear was louder than logic.

But you still did it.

Not because you felt ready…
but because you were tired of staying the same.

That’s the part people don’t talk about.
Bravery doesn’t feel strong in the moment.
It feels uncomfortable, uncertain, even stupid sometimes.

But every time you choose it, something shifts.

You grow.
You open a new door.
You meet a version of yourself you didn’t know before.

And slowly you realize…
fear was never the sign to stop.
It was the sign you were about to step into something better. #dteflon
