What if the digestive system isn’t “everything”?

In this clip from Episode 8, Frédéric Roscop challenges one of the most repeated ideas in wellness.
His view is that the body works less like one dominant system and more like a house.

The digestive system may be the kitchen, but you still need the electricity, the plumbing and the foundations working together.
And those foundations change with time.

In this conversation, Frédéric and Roslyn go much deeper into resilience, stress, osteopathy, biophysics, structured water, breath, hot and cold exposure, and the way different systems of the body influence one another.

It genuinely felt like ten university lectures in one sitting, and we’ve only cracked the door open.

Welcome to The Wellness Table 💗

This weekend, we had the loveliest event at @wellnessandwilde for a morning centered around movement, nourishment, women’s wellness & community.

From a grounding breath work session @brackenroots , @cocosorganic_ yogurt bowls, @itsmi_sora sparkling matcha and a discussion on hormonal health with @herwellness.app, the weekend was off to the best start.

If you missed this perfect morning, we’d love to see you at our next events this month!

The body is like a house.

Sometimes it needs clearing. Sometimes it needs nourishment. With AEQUIL®, I wanted to support the body at different layers: physical, emotional, and energetic, starting with the foundations.

This clip is from I Am Frédéric Roscop. Listen to the full episode from I Am... With Jonny Wilkinson via the link in bio.

A few thoughts after CosmoVolt in Paris.

The conversations around bioelectricity, cosmetics and new technologies felt particularly relevant to work I have been involved in for many years.

For me, one point remains fundamental: the body cannot be understood through biochemistry alone. Bioelectricity is also part of how we think about its systems, communication and function.

It was interesting to see this field receiving focused attention from researchers and industry in one room.

And it left me with a simple thought:

Your body is hybrid. Our thinking about health should reflect that.

A few thoughts after CosmoVolt in Paris.

For years, I’ve believed that we cannot look at the body through chemistry alone. Biochemistry matters, but so does bioelectricity.

CosmoVolt brought that conversation into one room, connecting science, technology and research around an area I’ve been working with for many years.

It also made me reflect on how early these ideas became part of my own work, and later the thinking behind AEQUIL®.

There is still a great deal to learn, but one idea remains clear:

Your body is hybrid. Our thinking about health needs to reflect that.

Affirmations are not just words.

For me, they are a way to bring attention back to the foundations: the body, the mind, the heart, and the field around us. With AEQUIL®, they sit alongside the products as part of a wider support system for wellbeing.

If you’ve been curious about AEQUIL®, September is a good opportunity to experience it for yourself, with 70% off remaining stock as part of the September Clearance.

Balance is something we experience, not simply something we define.

Sitting on a camel in Egypt, I found myself thinking about balance in a much bigger sense; not only the balance that keeps us steady, but the balance within us and with the world around us.
Our wellbeing begins with the foundations within us. And when those foundations are supported, we create the space to be well, to thrive, and to build longevity.

Some journeys give you a moment to stop, look around, and remember what really matters.

Being in Egypt, standing in front of the pyramids, and even testing my balance on a camel was a very special experience.

It also felt like the perfect place to take a moment and say thank you to Tatler and Delilah for including the AEQUIL® Travel Collection in Tatler's Divine Travel Essentials.

For the second year in a row, I’m proud and grateful to also be recognised by Tatler’s Spiritual Awards for my work on balance and longevity.

For me, both begin in the same place: our foundations.

Balance within ourselves gives us the freedom to be who we are, to find clarity, vitality and joy, and to enjoy the journey of life as fully as we can.

Thank you again to Tatler and Delilah for the very kind words and for being part of this journey.

And yes… balance is slightly more difficult on a camel🙇‍♂️

On August 26th I am doing a live interview with @fredericroscop who is the man, the mith and the legend who helped me recover from Lyme disease through his osteopathic work and his products of @aequil

I now feel better then before I had Lyme and I owe a lot of it to this man. So I am excited to share my story and potentially help others who might be going through a rough patch in their own life.

All the details and link to the interview are on the @aequil page!

See ya ✌️
