I had such a blast teaching four aerial workshops to this dedicated group of aerialists at @aerialantics this week! 🫶

✨ C-Shaping
✨ Spin Club
✨ Cross My Back
✨ Catch Me If You Can

Thank you so much for hosting me!

These were the last four in-person aerial workshops I had planned for the year. If you’d like me to teach an aerial workshop while I’m in Vancouver for the rest of the year, leave a comment below or send me a DM!

And if you haven’t checked them out yet, I also have two online aerial workshops available:

✨ The C-Shape Roll — Monday, October 19 at 11 AM & 2 PM EDT

✨ The Pop-Up to Back Balance: The Complete Course — includes the workshop recording, drill videos, and a PDF guide with the theory.

If you'd like to train with me from wherever you are in the world, these online workshops are a great place to start!
