2026-10-20: Boss Ass Basework @aerialbombshell with @natclashh - Had a lil photo/video shoot tonight so I got the chance to wear my Rogue costume one more time and gave it the chance to sparkle a little more. Decided that #pdbettyboop fit the superhero vibes really well.

2026-10-06: Boss Ass Basework @aerialbombshell with @the.clumsy.poler - Handstand things from tonight. I had to fight for this Brass Bridge handstand but I got there. Handstand stuff still scares me some and it feels out of reach a lot of the time so I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made. Especially over the last year or so.

2026-09-30: Boss Ass Basework @aerialbombshell with @moonstreet.dancer - Some swirly twirly choreo for a rainy Wednesday, featuring a forearm stand and really bright socks.

2026-09-29: Floor Play @aerialbombshell with @natclashh - I’m just happy my bottoms came off with very little resistance 😅

This definitely isn’t perfect but I’m trying really hard not to tear it apart. I’m glad I went to class tonight and got to get out of my head for a bit.

2026-09-19: Student Pole and Aerial Showcase @aerialbombshell !

When I began planning for this show, I had a completely different concept I was working on. But when I heard this song by @faouzia it completely and immediately changed things. I just knew that I needed to dance to it.

In the past, I’ve dedicated performances to people and moments that have been so important and close to my heart. But this time, this piece was just for me. I still wanted to share this very vulnerable piece of myself with my Bombshell family, but I wanted to do the style of Pole that I love most. I didn’t want to worry about what other people thought or if it was going to be too heavy for a show.

As the show got closer, I found that I didn’t have a complete routine - a lot of the things I had planned just weren’t connecting. And it absolutely made me panic. I ended up freestyling a lot of it - which I was so scared to do. But in the end, I think it was really good for me; I was able to be in the moment and just feel the music. And I wasn’t worried about it being perfect. So even though it may not have been what I had planned or originally wanted it to be, I am really proud of what I put together.

I’m so proud to share the stage with so many other incredible performers and so thankful to everyone who came to support us. And the hugest, most heartfelt thanks to @natclashh for all her help and advice and support leading up to the show. This piece wouldn’t have turned out half as well without all the time she dedicated to working with me. 🤍❤️🖤

Okay here it is - debated posting haha. I’ve had such mixed feelings about the routine I made for the showcase - BUT - I think it was lovely.

I put together soemthing I knew I could execute with traveling, crafting, and my job. I’d like to do even more for the next one - but it was honestly a joy to perform a pole piece.

I always think an audience wakes me up and as soon as I heard cheers and made eye contact - I was having fun. My ultimate goal is always to have fun with the audience, and to make them feel comfortable watching me and to just enjoy. I hope I did that!

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO CAME TO SEE US. Thank you to my fellow performers for the kind words. Every single performer brought their absolute best and it showed. I truly didn’t feel worthy haha. The women I shared a stage with last night all have that wow factor and I’m glad I could be apart of it all.

I hope I get to perform pole more - I’d cross it over to burlesque - but burlesque for me still feels like soemthing that I want to keep apart from pole. I enjoy these worlds differently and I enjoy the experiences differently and I’m not sure I wanna cross worlds.

Anyway - long ramble. Also it was around five years ago today my low back went out - my body and the way I worked out and practiced pole changed forever. I hadn’t realized it had been five years and I’m so grateful how far I’ve healed in that time.

Much love, thanks for reading the ramble
Xoxo,
MK 💋
