Week 2 of Silks Series w/ @monet_rodgers & @aerialemerald 🦋 Focused on making even foot knots for stable splits, single/double candy cane rolls, and a cute seated position. ALL hip flexors and forearms and I’ll pay a price tomorrow but the gratification is well worth it. I’ve heard @drkhaliah describe her own silks journey as a time of mental reset - I think she’s spot on!

Big thanks to @pinkpolesstudios and to @sammybntly for being my accountabilibuddy 👯‍♀️

this is what it’s all about, for all of us at Crux. it’s about cultivating community, building bridges and creating a better world through our little group of freaky artists.

more photos to commmmme.
and get ready for BlackLight coming this summer at @windmill.arts 🖤💡🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️✨✨✨
