This year’s festival will feature a variety of fun, interactive experiences designed especially for our younger attendees and families. We’re thrilled to welcome:

Hip hangs and beats for @aerialfxstudio this week!

It was good class for me too because I haven’t trained hip hangs in a while and they are suuuper spicyyyyy / challenging to relax into while finding a full range of motion in various shapes🌶️🥊

First @aerialfxstudio combo of the year. A little drop and some spin inspo from the one and only @chihiro_aerialsilks 🤍🤍 My goal each week is to teach some dynamics (keeping myself accountable here) and something with spin/flow.

Coaching Lyra at the studio and sharing my curiosity for movement with the community has been such a fun and rewarding experience. I’m so inspired to create more and keep doing what makes me happy in 2025. The next 8 week session starts tonight!

The hoop was too small for what I wanted to do at the end here & so I had to pivot out of the handstand moment 🤡 but I think my unitard in this lighting is super 🪱slithery🪱 and makes up for it. I’ll catch u next time, handstand. 🥨
