Love watching my girls do sports! Learn how to lead and be a team player, do hard things, get comfortable being uncomfortable, and try new activities. #aerial #dohardthigs #flagfootball🏈 #girlssports #jiujitsu

Although aerial silks may seem far removed from an art classroom, but they’ve taught me the same lessons I hope my students, and all of us—carry through life.

We’re all artists in our own way. Every day, we’re creating something: our mindset, our habits, our relationships, our future.

Growth rarely happens where we’re comfortable. Every new challenge begins with uncertainty, mistakes, and the courage to keep showing up anyway.

Whether you’re staring at a blank canvas, climbing a piece of fabric, starting a new career, or chasing a dream, the process is the same: be willing to be a beginner, trust the process, and keep creating.
I’m excited for another fun year inspiring young adults into their highest potential. Let’s gooooo 💫
