2026 season ✅

Been a season of ups and downs but certainly one to remember. Didn’t quite get the results I was looking for but being so close on many occasions gives me hope for the future.

I was in by far my best ever shape which is solely down to Dan @race_line_coaching_ . My season would’ve looked very different if I hadn’t had his advice and guidance this past year so thank you 🙏.

Also thank you to Zak and Kim @dekempencyclinghouse for allowing me to stay at their house during my trips to Belgium. Couldn’t have really been a better suited place for my first time racing in Europe.

Finally a massive thank you to the guys @bikebros.uk for putting up with my many bike ailments and managing to get me back on the road so quick every time. Without the quick support you guys have given me every time I would’ve been stuck without a bike on many occasions.

Time for a bit of a break as I start my RN apprenticeship however I’m hoping to be back racing again early next year. Bring on 2027

Thanks to @_robjlee_ I decided to head to Zig-Zag hill climb over the weekend very last minute.

It’s been an incredibly serious few weeks in my Antarctica expedition countdown and I thought this would bring a bit of fun into the mix. Especially if I headed down on the Moonlander.

Standing at 22kg and with 6.2” tires she’s perfect for the hills. I even removed the rear brake to save weight 👀.

I had no idea what would happen and I went in just not wanting to be overtaken (but certain it would happen).

I ended up taking 10 minutes and 53 seconds to cover the 3.86km course with 121m of climbing. Even ran out of gears on some of the short downhill sections. No idea on my power output. I was running flats 😂

Shout out to @elliott.colyer for organising though. Was a lot of fun! Sorry I didn’t hang around for the awards as well. Was pretty sure there weren’t any with my name on though!

Had big ideas for a ‘riding a fat bike on a hill climb video…

Just didn’t check my settings before I hit the start line 😂

Thank you to @aeroclctv and @elliott.colyer for organising! Was a lot of fun albeit very slow on 6.2” tires.

I’ll try and turn the footage I do have into some form of something tomorrow to run through what a hill climb is actually like.

ZigZag 2026 ✅

Thank you to everyone who came out and made yesterday what it was.

Events are nothing without people turning up and getting behind them, whether that’s racing, volunteering, supporting or helping behind the scenes. Really appreciate every single person who played a part.

Somehow we even managed perfect weather, still be the fastest HC?! and we edged past last year’s entry too!

📸 A few brilliant shots from @pelotonpix If you’d like to grab your own photos from the day, they’re available through PelotonPix, with 10% of every photo purchase being donated to Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance @hiowaa56

We’re still raising money for @hiowaa56 too, so if you enjoyed the event and would like to chuck a few quid into the fundraiser, the link is in our bio. 💙💚

See you on the hill next year! 🫡

Can you think of a quicker hill climb?
Last year multiple riders reached over 60km/h 💨

Enter ZigZag on CTT, link in bio.
Although there’s no promise of a tailwind this year!

@aeroclctv ToB Stage 5 🏁 - The Finale. It’s been great to test ourselves on the same parcours as the pros and even retain some KoMs against the actual race. A really great week and can only hope one day to be racing the actual thing. A week of living like the pros and racing the same roads. Amazing what such a small group can achieve and grateful to everyone part of the operation, I was well looked after let’s say that! Big thanks to @elliott.colyer for the invite and organisation behind it all! 🇬🇧
