So here’s a Recap of some of my biggest flights with the Ls4 in Germany this summer.🚀 it was a pleasure to share those experiences with my team partner @crazypilot_eric 🫶🏼

This is so exciting! I don’t even know how to pack for such a huge event… 🥵🧳

Always a pretty sight when you’re heading for your first AAT sector🙃. Picture taken a few weeks ago during task 6 of the @egc2022wgc. Strangely enough we actually made it round the task!

🇬🇧In Ascension Week, this year's training camp took place. Our pilots met at the Pennewitz airfield. @fliegerclub_ilmenau From there, thanks to the trainers and @topmeteo , we were also able to train and fly new routes almost every day. In total, our pilots were able to fly over 4500km.

We would like to thank all contributors once again for being able to carry out a successful training.

Many of our pilots were able to improve their technique and tactics in cross-country gliding this week. But there were also some outlandings with funny stories 😂. One of our pilots even made it into the newspaper.

Last week we had a cancelled day at the Nationals due to thunderstorms. I managed to sneak out between the storms and did an awesome flight under amazing cloudstreets, all the way to the westcoast. Rotterdam Tower had a friendly controller on duty who cleared me all the way to the Maasvlakte!

400km in 3,5 hours. Not bad for a cancelled day! 😂

First three days of the Dutch Nationals done, and I’m quite happy with my way of flying so far.
Such a well organised competition with amazing weather!

I’ve been using various @skysight_weather overlays on my @lxnav LX9000 for the last couple of days. Really useful to choose your tracks for AAT’s!
