AeroPilates combines traditional Pilates reformer exercises simply by adding a rebounder to one end of the AeroPilates reformer.

PR Gifts I’d spend my own money on.

It’s not a secret I’ve been creating content long before Kylie’s lip kits debuted and definitely prior to TikTok being anything more than a dancing app, which is why I thought I’d start a series highlighting PR gifts I’d actually (re)purchase myself. Here’s a quick home edition of some goodies I’ve received within the last two years that have become staples in my home.

No fluff, no horn toots, just products that arrived on my doorstep I think you should enjoy too 💋

Shark Steam & Scrub Automatic Steam Mop, AKA my twice weekly chance to disassociate while sanitizing and cleaning my home. Add this mop to your wedding registry, Christmas list or cart now. I HATED mopping before this arrived on my doorstep.

Imagine the song, “So happy together” by the Turtles playing every time I pick up this vacuum. Yes, she was gifted and now I’m a forever Dyson customer. The hype around this vacuum holds true and you can ask my husband: I really love vacuuming now! Cue the music 🎧

Another fan favorite at House Darling: Shark StainStriker Portable Carpet and Furniture Cleaner. Like a great Michael Scott joke, the suction on this spot & stain eliminator is unmatched. With three dogs (now sadly two) we have had our share of accidents. We loved this gifted piece so much we bought a second strictly for furniture accidents (like food, beverages).

I fell in love with Pilates in 2023 but most days it was a struggle to get myself to class. After getting married and moving in 2024 I had to stop Pilates altogether. This broke my heart. That is until one day I opened my front door to discover an at home Pilates reformer was delivered. Now I’ve been able to enjoy my favorite workout in my dining room without feeling guilty for missing a class.

Between seasonal allergies, dust, dog hair and whatever else is in the Washington, DC area air, I cannot live without humidifiers and air purifiers. Blessed to have been sent some great ones over the years! We’ve definitely had to replace a few but worth every penny.

@samsclub DOES IT AGAIN! 🔥 Might be crushing on all these online finds 🤯

Be sure to hit the FOLLOW button bc I’m going to share part 2 & 3 over the next 2 days. #samsclub is not your Mimis Sam’s Club anymore.

Comment WOW for all of these links 🔗

These are online only, so unless you’re in Bentonville AR the likelihood of seeing them all in stores is low 😝

Part 2 coming tomorrow 👀

Hey now, hey now…

this is what mom dreams are made of. 🦋✨

Kinda chic that my little one thinks watching me do Pilates is just a normal part of life.

Obviously I use a bunch of different brands when instructing/hosting classes and live online sessions BUT @aeropilates reformer has been my favorite- I first discovered their machines when I had a client who had a sincere phobia of coils because as you find out it’s the integrity of the coils which are the “engine & oil” of all reformers. So I began looking for a reformer “without coils,” what I was describing turned out to be the standard @aeropilates models, which use heavy-duty elastic bungee cords instead of traditional metal coil springs. This cord-based resistance system makes the machines quieter, lighter, and generally more affordable for home use apparently. Know your machine! The other option I offered this gem of a human was the purchase of a Pilates chair, or as I call it Pilates Throne 👸🫶🤗🤠 More to come on that from @plzlatznaughteazpleasurpilates

why is the supine arms series important? the supine arm series helps students to learn how to use their arms and abs in unison. the straps provide support while the springs help to strengthen the upper body (triceps, lats, lower traps, deltoids, and pecs). and like footwork, supine arms continues to build the students understanding of neutral spine and how to maintain it throughout movement 🏡

9 anni fa, grazie a Lidia, nasceva un piccolo gruppo Facebook dedicato all’AeroPilates in Italia.

A stare meglio.

Perché prendersi cura del proprio benessere non deve essere complicato. @aeropilates lo rende semplice. A casa. Con i propri tempi.

Un grazie speciale a @marjolein_brugman, per aver portato tutto questo anche su @qvc_italy — con la sua energia, la sua passione… e quel modo unico di motivare le persone. 🍀

What crosses your mind when you finally slow down long enough to think?

For me, some of it is deep, some of it is business decisions, some of it is motherhood, and some of it is literally what we’re eating for dinner 🥴

Life honestly feels like a mix of big questions and random thoughts lately with me trying so many new things then second guessing some of them, but I’m figuring it out one step at a time.

It’s funny how slowing down long enough to move my body is when all the thinking happens. But, maybe that’s just life: figuring it out while we’re living it.
