What’s your biggest struggle with journaling right now?

I think I forgot how much I love journaling just for myself🥹

Somewhere between work, responsibilities, adulting and just trying to keep up with life, I stopped showing up for something that had been such a big part of my life.

Journaling has been how I process my thoughts, document my journey, notice my growth, express gratitude, make sense of things and sometimes simply have a conversation with myself.

For years, I’ve journaled, taught people how to journal, spoken to communities about journaling and created spaces that encouraged people to pick up their pens and start writing.

And then somehow, I stopped doing it as much myself (*close friends, I’m still looking for my journal o😭)

But I think I’m ready to find my way back.

And maybe you are too.

Maybe you’ve always wanted to start journaling but never knew what to write. Maybe you struggle with consistency. Maybe you have journals sitting untouched because life got busy. Or maybe your relationship with journaling has simply changed.

So tell me: what’s getting in the way of your journaling right now?

CGC was truly all shades of inspiration, brilliant minds, laughter, and genuine connection. ✨

It was such a beautiful experience to finally put faces to some of the names I’ve known for a while and to meet so many amazing people along the way.

I’m still thinking about some of the faces, conversations, lessons, and energy I encountered. There’s something special about being in a room filled with people who are building, learning, creating, and simply becoming.
