Women need testosterone too. It plays an important role in energy, libido, muscle and bone health, strength and overall wellbeing—alongside oestrogen, progesterone and the wider hormonal picture. When symptoms suggest something is off, the answer isn’t guesswork: it’s appropriate testing, clinical assessment and an individualised approach to optimisation. At AEON, we look at the whole picture—hormones, nutrition, training, recovery and longevity—because real optimisation is about balance, not simply pushing one hormone higher. Get in touch and start building a strategy designed around you.

What an incredible night celebrating the release of The Bride in South Africa in collaboration with @warnerbros_sa and @warnerbros X @aetherxearth

An evening filled with celebrity laughter, a little mischief, plenty of glam, and the most electric energy all around. The whole experience was inspired by the film’s dark art-nouveau world - theatrical, slightly spooky, and just the right amount of dramatic.

Fine dining with an edge, moody visuals, unbelievable DJ @danideevine and music that kept the atmosphere alive all night. Truly one of those nights where everything just clicked. 🎶✨

Massive thank you to @in.uwell for always being the best venue partner in bringing these moments to life 🫶🏻🙌🏻👊🏻🙏🏻

Last week Thursday I joined @warnerbros_sa @chef_rikku @aetherxearth & 15 other guests for an incredible dinner experience at @in.uwell that combined 3 passions of mine and created an unforgettable night for me. So the first passion is food, and when Michelin starred @chef_rikku is involved you know that you’re about to get lost in something amazing but then a theme was added and that is the second passion. I LOVE a dress up moment but this was next level, the details in the space, sounds, food & decor were absolutely incredible and created such a magical space which felt fully immersed in the world of the film (3rd passion) and extra points for the movie being the best film I’ve seen in ages with a definite feminist message as well as glorious hair, makeup & costumes!!! Thank you so much to @warnerbros_sa for having me, I had such fun 🙏✨✨✨
