This weekend we lay to rest my father who I am deeply grateful for. Despite our complex relationship, he has been my greatest living teacher and is a large part of the reason I walk this path I walk today.

It is difficult to explain the peace I have with his passing considering it was one of my greatest fears not so long ago. However God showed up in every way to comfort and guide me. On the day of his funeral I found the most beautiful vast flower field in bloom which I felt called to walk into. I ended up spending hours in the field speaking with my friend @doc._.inked about the Oneness & beauty of God & the universe as bees swarmed around us. The entire time I felt connected to my father as he was apart of all that was around us. The next day I was able to take my mother and siblings to see the field as well and it reminded me so much of the beauty of Life and living.

If anything, what I want to share with this post is. Do not be afraid. Life is beautiful and death is to, they both are mirrors of whatever you choose, and I highly recommend Love and gratitude. The choice is always yours.

I love you Dad ❤️ and I love you all! ❤️ unconditionally!!!
