Happy Anniversary, Neelie & Cameron! 🤍

I can hardly believe it’s been a year since my girl got married. Where does the time go?

Watching Neelie and Cameron build a life together has been nothing short of extraordinary. There is something so special about watching your daughter step into this new chapter of life, building a home, creating traditions, and growing in love.

And as her mom, getting to help bring her wedding dreams to life was a gift I will always hold close to my heart.

To the incredible team who worked so hard to make her day everything she dreamed of, thank you. You will never know how much it meant to me.

One year down, a lifetime of love ahead. 🤍

Happy Anniversary, you two. I love you both more than words can say.

When the Partee 5 team comes in, they do it UP! 🎉

We’re still swooning over every gorgeous detail: the stunning blue, green, and pink setups, a boba bar, a make-your-own perfume station, and of course, this showstopping ice luge. 🧊✨

We were so honored to celebrate their anniversary with them! Here’s to many more years, Partee 5! 🥂

Whatever you’re celebrating, lean into The Guild. We’re the perfect backdrop for every milestone. 💙💚💗

AI could never….

Carry the chairs. Provide the contact solution. Rework the timeline. Find the missing thing. Calm the room. Fluff the dress. Move the furniture. Make the call. Solve the problem no one saw coming.

Workin’ 9 to 5... except wedding days are a little more like sunup to well past sundown. 😂

There’s a whole lot of running, lifting, pinning, steaming, pivoting, troubleshooting, reassuring, and very glamorous crawling-around-on-the-floor behind a wedding day that feels effortless.

Because wedding days are built on details, but they’re carried by people who genuinely care about the big things, the little things, and all the moments in between.

And this team showed up with so much heart for Nichole + Mike this weekend.

Nichole + Michael 🤍

Still floating from this one.

A tented reception on the lawn at Mission Hills, wrapped in draping and layered in blue, white and garden green. Every detail felt gracious, joyful and completely true to the two of them.

What made the day even more special was the incredible team behind it. So many talented people came together with such care, generosity and attention to detail, and the result was something truly beautiful.

To every vendor who helped bring this vision to life, thank you. You all absolutely crushed it.

And to my own little team, I truly could not have done Friday or Saturday without you.

Congratulations, Dr. and Mrs. Perry. What a weekend.

A HUGE thank you to the team that made this day spectacular!

What a night. 🤍

Our annual client event is always one of our favorite nights of the year, but this one felt especially meaningful. If you weren’t able to attend, our specials are still available today only!

After more than 30 years in Kansas City, we’re so incredibly grateful for the patients, clients, partners, and team members who have made Monarch what it is today. This year has brought so much growth, change, and excitement, and we loved celebrating this next chapter with the people who make it all possible.

Thank you to everyone who came, celebrated, laughed, danced, and made the night so special. We truly couldn’t do this without you.

Here’s to 30+ years of Monarch, and to everything still to come. 🦋
