We have an incredible event planned for this Saturday from 4-6pm, featuring some of our illustrious cover artists, but we couldn’t make it happen without our sponsors. Make sure to support these institutions because they stand behind local independent journalism! Show them some love!

If you love local art, come by and see us this Saturday at NKollectiv @nkollectiv from 4-6pm. Meet the local artists behind our incredible covers, hear a live performance by Jordan Lovinger @jordanlovinger, and get a chance to win a $150 gift card to Uchi (incredible sushi restaurant), thanks to our friends at @southbroadwaypress. We’ll be sending a giveaway email on Friday morning to all our subscribers. The third person who responds will win! We’ll announce the winner AT the event. You have to be there to get it. Prize will go to next person who responded if not.

We’ll be selling prints at the gallery too. We’ve already raised about $400 for @afaphoenix through this event! Come decorate your walls and support the local community! We’ll also have free drinks available!

Art from Ashes is a very welcoming and accepting community. Ages 12-24 are welcome to attend free workshops, and I can testify that they are an absolute blast. Every person I have met here has made me feel like I have a voice that’s worth listening to, and I am really excited to be able to attend this Stand-Up for Hope. If you want to know that your money is going to a good cause than I highly recommend going to this show, and/ or donating so that even more people are able to share in the beauty of creation like I have been able to. #artfromashes #denvernonprofit #fundraiser #creativity #art

We are excited to announce the Art of the Magazine exhibition at NKollectiv Gallery @nkollectiv starting next Saturday, Oct. 10, at 3pm. Denverse commissions original works of art for all of its magazine covers, and we’re excited to take you behind the scenes and show you how the process works. We’ll also be providing limited edition prints for sale, with all proceeds benefiting the nonprofit Art from Ashes @afaphoenix.

Meet our editor and learn about magazine art on Oct. 10. We’ll also be holding an artist reception on Oct. 17 from 4-6pm where you’ll be able to meet the actual artists behind these incredible pieces. We’ll also be providing a special giveaway for our subscribers on Oct. 17, a $150 gift card to Uchi @uchirestaurants, which we originally won in a raffle benefiting the wonderful folks at @southbroadwaypress.

Let’s celebrate local art together! Join us on Oct. 10 and 17, and view fine prints of these works at NKollectiv all month long.
