I asked strangers on the street what they think about @prana.salt
Here are their reactions. No one would have thought that something all natural and organic would taste that good.

@prana.salt you have gifted me the GEM of all gems… 🧂✨

I absolutely love you guys, and I love working with you because PranaSalt is one of those little things that makes such a difference to my everyday lifestyle.

Made with 95% Himalayan pink salt and 5% Ayurvedic spices, these convenient 1g sachets are the perfect way to add flavour to your meals without changing the recipe. One sachet with each meal = healthy food made that little bit more exciting. 🤍

I’m taking PranaSalt with me as I travel, train and continue living a healthy, balanced lifestyle — and I’ll be showing you how I’m incorporating it along the way.

More to come babyg… 🌍✨

The Art of Tending the In-Between 🌿

After the energy of London Climate Week, we gathered friends for an intimate afternoon to reflect, reconnect, and continue the conversations that farm-grown food and in nature.

A huge thank you to @farmacyuk and @vivobarefoot for co-hosting this special gathering.

Our day statted with wild and botanical drinks including @momokombucha in the greenhouse, before slowing down with nature walks, grounding, and even a little tree climbing. We then shared a beautiful farm-to-table lunch made with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, alongside meaningful conversations and new connections.

Because sometimes the most impactful moments happen in the spaces in between. 🌱

Earlier this week I was invited by @afinsky to one of his fireside chats @create_what_you_wish_existed with the Legendary but also very humble Nick Jones. Ahead of the chat there was a tour of the @st.clementlondon penthouse in the private residences and a tour of the hotel with spectacular river views and where we all marvelled at the very well stocked bathroom cabinets. The contents are all complimentary as part of the room rate and almost worth booking for that alone. I took my husband who I promptly lost until the talk. I did find old friend, ex-colleague and launch editor of @elledecorationuk the uber talented Ilse Crawford @studioilse_ and we sat together in the front row - just like old times. Can’t wait to go back to @st.clementlondon for dinner or lunch
