This is fall at That Supper Club. Hand-folded pasta, slow braises, brown butter—and a damn good reason to save room for dessert. 🍂 Koginut squash tortellini stuffed with roasted squash and Parmigiano-Reggiano. No ricotta, just letting that squash do its thing. Sage brown butter and toasted pumpkin seeds bring it home. Then we go deep: short-cut mafaldine tangled up in Ibérico pork ragù, slowly braised with fennel, white wine, garlic, and onions. Rich, savory, and worth every hour we put into it. And because we’re finishing strong—pumpkin cheesecake, biscotti crust, apple cider caramel. You’ll find room. Come hungry. Bring your favorite bottle. Let us cook. Reserve your seat through the link in our bio. 🤌 🎥: @afmediaa_

So I am actively trying to land a career in the TV/Film industry as a music supervisor. In the meantime I have been taking a jab at editing videos. I have showcased some cool storytelling through video and audio within the past year. This time around I am learning the wonders of color grading. Shoutout to my guy @afmediaa_ who was oh so kind enough to send me some footage to work on 🔥 It's a very tedious process, but apart of the process of editing videos in post-production. Here are two of the videos I worked on. I would love any feedback from the videos, thank you :) #Drummer #Colorgrading #Postproduction #Film #TV #Videoeditor #Audio #Musicsupervisor
