A little glimpse into Karlea & Alex’s flower-filled elopement wedding @guardswellfarm. As a florist herself, Karlea naturally wanted to make her own special wedding bouquet, which she created from local seasonal flowers… with the addition of fresh mint. The mixture of floral fragrance and the herbal notes was so delicious, and it flavoured their entire day. 🌿

Karlea and Alex’s morning began slowly, with sun streaming-in through the windows, as they got ready together. Then we headed out into Guardswell’s verdant gardens, for a peaceful and private wedding ceremony.

After the ceremony, we relaxed for a while, enjoying a picnic lunch under the trees (including Karlea’s favourite: a cream tea with scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam. The ultimate summer indulgence!)

The afternoon was all about exploring. K & A packed up their Landrover Defender and we headed for the hills. We spent several hours exploring some atmospheric spots, before watching the sunset over the hills surrounded by purple heather, which is in full bloom in August and smells amazing!

A & K finished their day with a meal @redwoodwines before returning to their cottage for the night. It was such a sweet, simple, romantic day. 💚

Perthshire is a great location to consider if you’re planning an elopement wedding during the summer months, when many places can be busy. In Perthshire, it’s never hard to get away from the crowds… 🌿

📽 The Next Chapter.....

Super grateful for the experience and connections I have made over the last 20 months PTing clients at #thirdspacewimbledon

🌏 Returning from travel 2 years ago, I was a little lost and took the opportunity (3rd time lucky) to take on a role as a PT in Wimbledon.

🏋Over the past 20 months I have delivered around 2000 sessions to clients and members, helping clients from all walks of life with different goals.

🫱 Whilst online coaching has grown since COVID, I still believe nothing beats that connection you get working with someone in person. I pride myself on being able to build a relationship with clients, getting to know them as people and friends, not just another client.

⚡️I am excited to continue working for Third Space in Group Exercise and reach more people, whilst working out exactly what the next chapter in the fitness industry holds for me.

😬 10 years now as a coach, 8 years of that as a full time occupation - as any coach will tell you, its NOT EASY!

Long often unsociable hours, multiple roles - coach, admin, sales, marketing etc,

BUT I can never see myself in another industry- i love knowing that I am changing peoples lives.

👊To all the other fitness professionals out there, remember the IMPACT you are having on the world, often the highlight in peoples day!

What life looks like when @afnixon is your personal photographer. Spent the loviest few days tucked away in a cozy little cottage in the Scottish Highlands. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

New Zealand, I love you. Despite being humbled by the ever-changing weather and brutal yet rewarding hikes, you are one of the most beautiful countries I’ve ever visited. Check out some of the many photos we took on our trip 🇳🇿
