Been a couples months, & we still have some content otw to recap it all, but finally wanted to give my sincere thanks out (good week to do it ikr lol).
bOSU yal made it amazing. People traveled from in town & out of town, supported, and simply made all the planning worth it.
The Team: I know yal got tired of me updating about things 18 times a day😂 but we did it. Through all kinds of hiccups, pop-ups, & everything else, the weekend came & went; the reviews have been beautiful & the critiques genuine.
Tailgate Committee, we ebbed & flowed like no other lol. But that finished product was great, especially given it was the first year with this kind of emphasis on it. Every zoom meeting & ignored text was necessary to create what we did😂 it’s only up from here. Let’s have that debrief call soon so I can say thanks again lol?
Dre, I know it was prolly silly to hear me ask you to work on something, but per usual you did your thing greatly, while being the clown you are & keeping it light. Throughout planning I prolly had more phone calls with you than anyone else 😂. More projects soon my dawg. 🐼
Ravon, you always find a way to win. I believe good mentors are best when they can be mentored, and I love that part of our relationship. When I was ready to chalk this (more than a few times) you helped keep things in perspective. You always knew this would go well, & you know what you’re doing brother, fr. Know I got you whenever, family wouldn’t make us tighter. Thank to both of yal, we wouldn’t have got here without yal 🤞🏿🖤.

So again, thanks for the 10000th time, to everyone - named & unnamed (yal know who you are) - for the advice, stress relief, random vent sessions, just being yourselves, I needed each of you a lot & will forever appreciate you. Who are you duplicating? 9/10 times all of us are following or copying someone we want to be like EVEN IF they DON’T have the life you want. I’ve heard women say they wanna be like a certain celebrity who has money yes but a terrible personal and love life, and I’ve watched men look up to rappers and people who have a terrible marriage no friends or worst have enemies but they have money and fame. Pay attention to who you’re duplicating family!
