A snippet of the magic that was our artist walkthrough yesterday for BLACK INTERIORS, celebrating 5 years of @blackspaceresidency We witnessed something transformational, the sharing of stories, process, inquiry, research, lineage and ancestral connections. We were moved in this moment, we felt the spirit. The walkthrough over ran and yet the questions kept coming, we all stayed to the end, in anticipation and curiosity. Thank you to the amazing artist alumni, you are the reason that this residency exists and why we keep moving forward. Also, thanks to @erica_deeman @trina_m_robinson @taz_laursen for the work that went into creating this moment for deep sharing and celebration. The show is open until October 31, @minnesotastreetproject when we will celebrate again.

🎶🌀Nekia from @afro.listic brought the instruments and the kids were ALL in! They got to learn about sound healing and how to use it as a tool for peace, presence, and power. And yours truly? I had the honor of being the test subject. 🤭🫶🏾 So much love to @repaired.nations for bringing us in to hold space for the little ones while the parents enjoyed the conference. This is what community looks like!! Everybody taken care of, everybody seen. 🙂‍↕️🫱🏿‍🫲🏾✨

We're back with another edition of our monthly Aerial Sound Bath. Join Nekia Wright (@afro.listic) and Veronica Blair (@milly_hypnosis) for a unique evening of immersive sound healing and guided hypnosis, all while being gently held in an aerial cocoon. This month's gathering honors the Capricorn Full Moon, inviting us to slow down, ground ourselves, reflect on what we've built, and release what no longer supports our growth. Allow the vibration of sound, the comfort of the aerial hammock, and the power of hypnosis to guide you into a state of deep rest, clarity, and renewal. Space is limited. Reserve your aerial hammock and join us for this one-of-a-kind experience. Don't want to float? Mat spots are also available. Link in bio.
