@AmstermDanceEvent festival kicked off it's 30th Anniversary edition which includes Sub-Saharan Africa as one of the Focus Regions alongside Brazil, and the MENA region. A major addition is ADE Lab Discovery, a free interactive experience at Westerpark's Lab Village. Drop by equipment and music culture talks. African electronic music is spread across Amsterdam this week, from rooftop spots to warehouse spaces and club rooms.

Swipe for Wednesday to Sunday with venues and times, and check the line-ups before you pick a night—there’s a lot on and different nights will suit different crowds.

Times can shift during festival week, so check each organiser’s page before you head out. If you are playing, promoting or dancing at something we missed, drop it in the comments and we will add it.

Save this for the week and send it to whoever you are dancing with.

ADE kicks off with Black Coffee taking over the Ziggo Dome 🇳🇱🔥🎶

The opening day starts with Afrodisé and Aaron Sevilla at IJland, setting the tone for five days of Afro House across Amsterdam 🌍

The main attraction? Black Coffee delivering an exclusive 3-hour solo set at the Ziggo Dome, one of the biggest highlights of this year’s ADE ⭐

And for those who want to keep dancing, Kontrol × Lektro takes over Soulkitchen until 4 AM ✨

Where are you starting your ADE? 👀

Thursday might have one of the most stacked Afro House lineups of ADE! 🔥🎶🇳🇱

Start the day at Afro House Summit, featuring CIZA, Atmos Blaq, ERAN and more, while producers can also stop by MoBlack Records’ demo session 🎹

As the sun goes down, My Other Side of the Moon × RISE brings together MPHO.WAV, Hyenah, Oskido, Masšh and more at LuminAir, while MoBlack × La Nouba takes over Panama 🌙

Our pick? Melodic Deep × Afro House United, featuring Ape Drums, Floyd Lavine, Laolu and more in a moving train 🚊

Which Thursday event gets your vote? ⭐

Friday at ADE is going to be a serious test of your decision-making 🥵🔥🎶

Kick things off with Zakes Bantwini at Mayonie, or catch MPHO.WAV and Thakzin at Semtone before the nighttime madness begins ☀️

Major League DJz bring Echoes of Tomorrow to Jimmy Woo, while Kitty Amor Curates, The Djoon Experience and Afroholic × Amadjojo offer plenty of alternatives across the city 🌍

Our ideal route? Mayonie → Major League DJz → Akhet by Caiiro, finishing the night at Warehouse
