Sometimes I have to take a step back and appreciate all the beauty that is Afro HRS. 🖤 Whew… the time, energy, resources + love poured into this vision is no small thing. Seeing the connections, collaborations, and community we’re constantly building makes me PROUD of US! Afro HRS was born from a desire to create space for our culture, our joy, and genuine connection through Afrobeats + Afro-inspired music while highlighting the doers in our midst. To everyone who has shown up, supported, collaborated, or encouraged the mission along the way, THANK YOU! 🌹 Swipe for October events! More guests and vendors are on the way. Vendor spots are still available for Pratt Street. Submit an inquiry form through the link in @afrohrs bio. Ten toes down, carrying @afrohrs with me everywhere I go. Always. #ABuzzFromBee 🐝🌍⏳️ #afrohrs #skateportct #prattstreet #afrobeats

Summer is officially giving way to Fall. Virgo season is wrapping up + after a few days away, I’m still somewhere between vacation mode + getting back into the swing of things. 🥂 Speaking of getting back into the swing of things... it’s been a minute since I dropped a mix. Like... three years a minute. 😂 So, naturally, Buzzin’ With Bee is back. 🎧 Part III is out now on Mixcloud + YouTube. Links in bio. But transitions are kind of my thing. Different sounds. Different eras. Different energies. Finding the connection between them. That’s the beauty of being an open-format DJ. AND don’t forget, we’re taking that energy to the GLOBAL ROOM EXPERIENCE with @afrohrs x @thegrindhouseglobal on September 27 at Grindhouse Global in Hartford. Three DJs. Global sounds. One room. Limited tickets available. RSVP on Eventbrite.💃🏾 🍂 New season. Same Bee. #ABuzzFromBee 🐝
