I’m back behind the decks this Saturday.

I’ll be in the Kizomba room at AfroLatino, bringing you kizomba, semba, zouk & konpa.

And in the main room: salsa, timba, bachata & a touch of merengue 💃🏾

2 rooms. 2 sounds. One night to dance.

❤️🏁 THANK YOU FOR 10 UNFORGETTABLE YEARS 🏁❤️

The 10th and final Toronto Carnival Run is now in the books, and my heart is full.

What started as a passion to create more diversity, inclusion, and representation in running became so much more than a race. It became a community. A movement. A place where thousands of people came together to inspire one another to be better, do better, live better, and celebrate the humanity in us all.

Thank you to our incredible planning team, our 80+ volunteers, sponsors @govanbrown and the @runcrs Foundation, and community partners @alliedreit , @costco_canada , @theclinicatchristie , and @vibe105to for helping send this event off with a bang.

I am proud of what we built together over the past decade—a grassroots event created with heart, passion, and community support that inspired people to run, walk, connect, and believe that everyone belongs at the start line.

This is bittersweet, but what we built will always be bigger than a finish line.

❤️ One Final Stride. One Lasting Legacy.

Last nights couples styling routine with Luke. Every week we have a new combination to learn and this week, the follower did the "undermove" 😅

Still have a long way to go but love watching my progress in this class! 💃🏻🕺✨

Taught by @yordance86asere at @afrolatinodance 💕✨

Today's Dominican bachata class with the ladies taught by the fabulous @salsarubana! We had so much fun - can you tell we worked on our hips today 👀✨🇩🇴

I just adore dance and every class is a new move, paired with a new choreography routine to learn. It's not only a physical challenge but a mental challenge 🧠✨
