When was the last time you danced in the rain? 🌧️ its actually a blessing and therapeutic. I wanted to join in but my dreads wouldn’t dry up on time before I go to bed 😅

Tips: always pay attention to the quality, not the quantity.

Finally the wait is over. Last year was so incredible that we had to do this again. And as you asked for, we made it a weekender 🔥 Dates are set. Artist are flying in. Campsite is booked. Comment FEST and get access to our early bird tickets.

Last year flew by so fast and was sold out straight. This time not one but three days of all the good stuff! 😍

In collaboration with our friend @rafiki.afrodj from @karibu_events_ we’re bringing those Afro vibes to the polder. Why? In Africa they know how to move, sing, and express themselves. Steam up the place and let the magic happen.

📍SAT 29 AUG, 13:00 - 22:00

On this day we bring everything we love together. Our favorite artists and several that inspired us onto the stage. All the sauna masters you know will be present to guide you on sauna journeys. Expect live music all day long, breathe and yoga sessions, and a whole lot of mind blowing rituals.

📍SUN 30 AUG, 12:00 - 22:00

Latin Wellness was a big hit on the first edition. When we met @djmickster on the beach we felt the calling to explore merging our two worlds - Wellness and the love for Latin culture. Let’s close the summer in style.

📍SUN 27 SEP, 13:00 - 21:00

Tickets are live on our webpage.

See you on the hottest festivals of the season 🔥

This one is special as this never happened before. Grab the last spot for tomorrow’s temazcal?

Maria is back. Join her on Sunday at her favorite event of the season 😍

If you’ve experienced Yves’ sessions before you know this isn’t vague or spiritual. Just straight from the heart, simple exercises to breathe and connect better with yourself and fellow participants.

A full experience with breath, cacao, optional microdose and closing with two rounds of saunagus. If you’d like to go a little deeper🔥

Monthly beauty session for our space and our surroundings. Cut some grass, chop some wood, move heavy stuff or protect a tree from the 🐑

Together we make our monumental polder park the prettiest place in Leiden.

Few hours of physical exercise rewarded with a nice sauna session and home cooked meal 😍

The video tells it all 😍

This month we’ll celebrate on Korean Liberation Day with some of our Korean members taking over the kitchen 🔥

Afro-Wellness-Fest say what?! Where wellness meets African music, food, and all the good vibes 🪩

Last early birds for sale today 💌

Our best day of 2025 for sure is returning in a new jacket. We gonna give you all we got. And it’s only getting better 🧡

Early birds sold out. You don’t wanna miss this. And we don’t wanna miss you. So grab your ticks and see you soon 🙌

Polder magic is real. Come and feel it. Thank yourself later 🙏

See you in the polder 🌿
