Last Thursday I had the pleasure of setting the tone at @lionsden_miami with @gabrielsegurola . 2.5 hours of proper opening vibes.

It was amazing to see so many people come out and vibe on a Thursday. This party surprises me every time with its organic growth and the community being built around it. We’re just getting started☕

Happy Saturday Miami! Here’s our curated list of events for Saturday, June 20.

Brazil beat Haiti 3-0 last night in Philadelphia and if you watched that game you already know what time it is.

Tonight we celebrate at Tudo Bem.zip, our Brazilian bass party at The Corner. This is what we built Tudo Bem for. Global bass, baile funk, Brazilian heat, and a room full of people who get it.

One year ago this party started as an idea. A night dedicated entirely to the sounds we couldn’t get enough of. Now it’s a whole community and that’s because of everyone who showed up, told a friend, pulled up at 2am not knowing what to expect, and left drenched in sweat wondering why they hadn’t come sooner.

To everyone who’s been with us this past year, thank you. You made this what it is.

To everyone who hasn’t pulled up yet, tonight is the night. You don’t have to be Brazilian. You don’t have to know the songs. You don’t have to know anyone. You just have to want to move. The music does the rest. We’ve watched people walk in curious and leave converted. Every single time.

If you’ve seen the videos and thought “I need to be there,” stop thinking and just come. The Corner. Tonight. Doors at midnight.
Comment TUDO BEM and we’ll DM you the RSVP link.

Happy Friday Miami! Here’s our curated list of events for Friday, May 8. BTW, The Weekend Navigator is live with everything happening through Sunday. Drop a 📍 and we’ll DM you the link.

Publix just asked customers to stop openly carrying firearms in their stores. Not told. Asked. “Publix kindly asks that only law enforcement openly carry firearms in our stores.” Kindly. They wrote that shit with a please and a smile like they’re asking you not to eat the grapes before you weigh them.

Six months. That’s how long the experiment lasted. Six months of wandering past the buy-one-get-one deals wondering if the guy debating between creamy and chunky peanut butter has a nine on his hip. And you know what ended it? Some dipshit in Miramar accidentally fired their gun inside the store. Nobody got hit, thank God, but imagine being the manager on duty for that. “Cleanup on aisle seven. Also call the cops. Also I quit.”

We really live in a place where a billion dollar company had to have a meeting about whether letting people carry visible weapons while shopping for chicken tenders was good for business. Someone made a PowerPoint for that. Someone presented it to executives. Someone said “let’s see how it plays out” and six months later a gun went off near the deli counter and now here we are.

The best part is it’s not even a rule. It’s a suggestion. Like “please return your cart to the corral.” We all know how well that works. Half of you leave your carts in the parking lot like animals. Now we’re trusting you to leave the strap at home because Publix asked nicely?

Florida is undefeated. We never miss. Unlike that guy in Miramar, who thankfully also missed.

Got an event coming up? Want to get it in front of Miami’s most engaged audience? Drop a 🟦 and we’ll DM you our event submission form. Submit 72 hours before your event for consideration.

We love you Miami. Happy Friday. Don’t shoot anybody. 🧡
