This Saturday October 10th come and celebrate the @rtwlr.co 10 year anniversary from 7-11pm at @idlehandbarbershopsd ~ We’ll have music, drinks, tattoos, hydration, art installation, and over 100 pieces of streetwear from @rtwlr.co @nuisnce @noturcity and more! DJs @qvocado @djems_sd and myself will be on rotation all night!! 10 years of Rott 🤯 you don’t wanna miss this!!!! Huge shout out to my brother and @aftrhrs.co ceo @chrisochov for lacing me with this invitation for ya, all are welcome 💫✨ And for those of you that don’t know let me break something down; the 8th & G st intersection of East Village is a place that hold a lot of history, especially in the Streetwear game. Not just for San Diego but really globally, I started interning at shop here when I was like 20 years old, and before that around 15 I had first walked into the 5 & a Dime store, I met so many people on this block, it really shaped who I am in so many ways, it’s bittersweet that it never fully got to blossom into the hub that we all new it was. It felt like the block deserved more just because it had been so influential, even one of my good friends that really first encouraged me to start a brand was someone who I met through 8th & G. Of course it’s something I always wanted to do but he was the catalyst to say yo “now is the time.” So over the years I’ve always tried to put out my best graphics based on a love for design and typography, my style has grown and changed but at the root is still the same thing it always was. I always tried to sublimate my understanding of various paths of consciousness into the graphics through metaphor, symbolism, subtle uses of sacred geometry, blatant religious references and metaphysical phrases and themes. I always thought if someone was on their journey eventually they would find themselves here, and to that point allow Rott to be the catalyst to propel you further down the rabbit hole. That being said, come and enjoy this celebration and see just how far the rabbit hole really goes 😤❤️‍🔥

Success. It looks and feels different for everyone. For a long time, success meant business, money, and the things other people could see. Lately, success has become something most people can’t see—and unfortunately, something many never experience. Relationships. Community. Genuine, unconditional love and support. A lot of people will say I’m “lucky.” But it wasn’t luck. It was an internal shift. I had to become someone who could receive, balance, and maintain these kinds of relationships. I had to put in work that nobody will ever see to build what I have today. I’ve never felt richer. They say if you want to know where you’ll end up, look at the people you spend the most time with. I agree—but before that, ask yourself: “Who am I being behind the scenes to attract these kinds of people?” Everything and everyone is a reflection.
