A wedding day that felt like it belonged exactly where it was. An outdoor ceremony surrounded by greenery, an airy reception filled with natural wood, soft white florals and warm little details every space flowed into the next while still having its own moment. This is what we love about full-service planning and design: creating a wedding that feels cohesive from the moment your guests arrive to the moment they take their seats. The process vs. the result. It starts with your inspiration, the colours, the feeling, the details you’ve saved and the vision you have in your head. Then comes the planning, designing, sourcing, floor plans, vendor meetings and putting every single piece together. And then we get to watch it become real. There’s nothing better than seeing our couple walk into their wedding and take in the space for the first time. That reaction makes every decision, every detail and every hour behind the scenes worth it. From inspo to execution, this is why we love what we do. You’ll want to save this one for your wedding inspo! This design proves that timeless doesn’t have to mean all white. Warm wood tones, soft patterned linens, scalloped dinnerware, layered candlelight, and fresh florals came together to create a reception that felt effortless, inviting, and elevated. Every detail was intentionally selected to add texture and warmth, creating a space that felt refined without ever feeling overdone. It’s the little details that transform a beautiful room into an unforgettable experience. Designing weddings like this, where every element works together so seamlessly, is exactly why we love what we do. Isabella & Noah’s wedding is everything we love about where luxury design is heading right now - botanical, considered, and completely immersive. Tented reception, all-white florals spilling into greenery at every turn, elevated modern decor that felt personal rather than performative. @vanessavictoriaweddings brought the vision together seamlessly and @wildtheoryfloral made sure every corner of the space felt alive. And this is just the preview! 🤍🌿✨ Full planning & design: @vanessavictoriaweddings Content: @dolcevitasignature Photo / video: @shotlifestudio Floral and decor: @wildtheoryfloral Venue: @eaton.hall1982 Table & chairs: @detailzfurniturerentals Tabletop rentals: @tabletalesinc Draping: @eventuredesign Entertainment: @s4audio1982 Ceremony violinist: @yegeelee Cocktail saxophonist: @carsonsaxplayer Officiant: @sarahhallwedding Hair: @bridal_kromasalon @stephanie_kromasalon Makeup: @lilyhobeauty Gown: @inesdisanto Stationery: @stephita.invitations Cake: @rusticbakery318 Bar decal: @eventgraffiti Dog caregiver: @afurrytailwedding

Your ceremony is more than just the place where you say “I do.” It’s the backdrop to one of the most meaningful moments of your life. The space where your guests gather, emotions run high, and your forever begins. That’s why we don’t just design ceremony spaces we create experiences. Every floral placement, every chair, every candle, every detail is intentionally chosen to reflect your story and create an atmosphere that feels unmistakably you. Because when you walk down the aisle, the space should feel just as special as the moment itself. While you’re soaking in every moment of your wedding day, your planner is behind the scenes making sure every detail comes together exactly as envisioned. From the first design meeting to setup day, timelines, vendor coordination, floor plans, décor placement, and all the little details in between, our goal is simple: for you to be fully present while your dream day unfolds around you. Watching this reception come to life was one of our favourite moments. Seeing months of planning, designing, and collaboration transform into a space filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories is why we do what we do. Hire the planner. Trust the process. Be present for the moments that matter most.
