ROTAX MAX CHALLENGE INDIA 2026 | ROUND 6 | PART 1 🏁

Round 6 at Meco Kartopia closed out the season for Rayo Racing, with the first group of drivers bringing strong qualifying runs and plenty of race craft to the final round.

A strong start set the tone for Aarav Sureka. He qualified at the front and held that position through the first heat, then answered a quieter second heat by taking control of the Pre Final. In the Final he made bold moves and led at times, staying in the fight right until the flag.

That drive closed out a season of podium after podium and earned Aarav the 2026 Micro MAX National Vice Championship.

A season of consistency, rewarded with a place among the best in the country.

Atharva Hemani showed real race craft in Round 6. After a tricky first heat, he came back strongly in the second with a sharp drive that put him right among the leaders. He carried that confidence into the Pre Final and the Final, finishing the season on a high.

A strong response, and a strong finish.

Vihaan Joshi started Round 6 in the best way, with a standout Qualifying that put him near the front. He kept fighting through both heats and made further gains in the Pre Final, showing the race craft that earned him that front row position. The Final ended early, but the weekend gave him plenty to take forward.

A strong start, and plenty to build on.

Agastya Crasto grew into a Round 6 session by session. He moved forward in the first heat and kept that form in the second, then delivered his best drive of the weekend in the Pre Final and repeated it in the Final.

Steady and improving all weekend.

Aahann Kapoor kept improving through Round 6. The second heat brought a clear step up, and he built it in the Pre Final before holding that ground in the Final. Every session added to his confidence on track.

Progress in every session.

ROTAX MAX CHALLENGE INDIA 2026 | ROUND 5 | PART 1 🏁

Round 5 brought pace on show across Micro MAX and Junior MAX for Rayo Racing.

A strong start, Round 5 had everything moving in Aarav Sureka’s direction. After showing good pace early on, a win in Heat 2 put him firmly in contention for another podium.

The Pre Final proved more difficult, with Aarav losing positions before fighting to regain ground. That left him with more work to do in the Final, where he pushed back into contention but ultimately missed the podium by just one position.

Not the finish the early pace deserved, but another round spent fighting at the front.

A determined Round 5 for Atharva Hemani, who finished inside the top three in Qualifying before the racing began to test him.

The Heats brought tougher competition, but Atharva kept pushing and closed out the round with a recovery in the Final. Every session like this adds to the experience he continues to build in his debut season.

A big step forward in his debut season — Agastya gained ten positions across the weekend. After a difficult Qualifying, he fought forward through the Heats and into the Pre Final, saving his best result of the Final. For a driver still finding his feet at this level, that's a result worth noting — the signs continue to show for Agastya, round after round.

ROTAX MAX CHALLENGE INDIA 2026 | ROUND 4 | PART 1 🏁

Round 4 brought its share of challenges, with each driver taking something different away from two demanding days of racing.

Aarav Sureka added another trophy to his season with a hard-fought P3 in Micro MAX, while Atharva Hemani and Agastya Crasto continued their development through the challenges of their debut seasons.
The results don't always tell the whole story. For young drivers still finding their way at this level, every session, battle and setback becomes part of the learning.

In his debut season, Atharva continued to find more pace through the event. Multiple on-track incidents ultimately affected his Final, but every round is adding to the experience he needs at this level.

Taking on a far more experienced Junior MAX grid in his debut season, Agastya continues to fight for his place inside the top 10 while improving round after round. The results are still a work in progress, but the signs are beginning to show.

RMC India 2026 - Round 3 part (1/2) ⚡️

MIKA had a little bit of everything for us at Round 3 of the Rotax Max India Challenge 2026. Eight Rayo Racing drivers took on the weekend across Micro, Junior and Senior, with four new faces making their Senior-category debut with the team. Some found the front while others fought their way there, with a few coming painfully close to results that were within reach. And that’s exactly what made this weekend one to remember. 💪

Aarav Sureka was on the move all weekend. Every session brought him closer to the front. P4 in qualifying became P3 in Heat 1, then P2 in Heat 2 before Aarav went all the way to P1 in the Pre-Final. He brought it home P3 in the Final, securing his second RMC podium of the season. The Micro Max fight is getting very familiar territory for Aarav.

Atharva Hemani started the weekend with a P3 in qualifying and spent most of the weekend within touching distance of the front. He followed it with solid runs through the heats before finishing P4 in the Pre-Final. A P8 in the Final closed out the weekend, but Atharva had spent the sessions before it consistently knocking on the door of the top three.

Agastya Crasto’s Final result tells only part of the story. After qualifying P9, he moved up to P7 in both heats and then P6 in the Pre-Final. He crossed the line P6 in the Final as well, only for a post-race penalty to drop him to P17. A frustrating finish, but one weekend doesn’t define the season. There’s more to come from Agastya. 🚀

The move to 2-stroke racing is never easy, but Agastya Crasto has taken it head-on!

Agastya’s Rotax Max Challenge India debut in the Junior Max Category has been all about adapting to one of karting’s most competitive grids. Competing against a grid of close to 20 talented drivers every weekend, he’s continued to build confidence and speed with every outing.

His P6 finish in Round 2 is another step in the right direction and is a promising sign of the progress being made with every lap. 🚀

As Round 2 of the Rotax Max Challenge India wrapped up at the Madras International Karting Arena, every one of our drivers had a different story to tell. Between hard-fought recoveries and fierce competition, each race added another chapter to their championship campaign.

For Kiaan Shah, it was a weekend that showcased exactly what perseverance looks like. After qualifying P17 in the Senior Max Category and facing a difficult opening Heat, he turned his weekend around with a stunning recovery, climbing through the field in every race before finishing P2 in the Final. A result that reflected the pace he had been building towards all weekend and proved to be one of the best standout comeback drives of the weekend.

Atharva Hemani put together another steady weekend in the Micro Max category in his debut season. After qualifying P8, he remained consistent through every session, holding his own in a competitive field before bringing home a P8 finish in the Final. Another weekend of solid racing as he continues to build confidence and experience with every round.

Aarav Sureka looked every bit the contender from the outset, setting the pace with pole position in Qualifying before remaining at the sharp end through the heats and Pre Final. Unfortunately, a technical issue prevented him from taking the start in the final race, cutting short what had been an exceptionally promising weekend. While the result wasn’t what he deserved, his performance throughout the weekend was a clear reminder that the pace is firmly there.

While still adapting to 2-stroke racing, in just his second round of the debut season, Agastya Crasto continued to gain valuable experience. Racing against a 20-driver field, he qualified P7 before bouncing back with a strong P6 finish in Heat 2. A racing incident in the final race unfortunately forced him to retire, denying him the opportunity to convert his pace into a result. While the results didn’t reflect his speed, there were plenty of positives to take away heading into Round 3.

Round 2 wasn’t short on challenges, but neither was this team. We take the highs, learn from the lo

Round 1 of the Rotax Max Challenge India is done, and CoASTT delivered an action-packed start to the championship. While one driver celebrated a podium finish, the weekend also brought new categories, tough races and plenty to build on.

For Aarav Sureka, it was a weekend built on composure. Qualifying 5th, he remained firmly in the fight throughout every session, finishing inside the top five in every race before delivering a clinical drive to 3d in the final race. A deserved podium to kick off the championship and an early statement in the Micro Max title fight.

Throughout the weekend, Atharva Hemani showed encouraging pace throughout the weekend as well. After qualifying P7, he steadily worked his way through the field and continued to improve with every outing, eventually crossing the line P6 in the Final to bank a solid haul of points for the opening round.

Stepping into the Junior category, Agastya Crasto took on the challenge of racing a 2-stroke kart for the very first time. With a completely different driving style to adapt to, every session was a learning opportunity, and he rounded out his debut weekend with a determined P10 finish in the Final; a strong foundation to build on in the rounds ahead.

The biggest test, however, belonged to Kiaan Shah. Making his Senior category debut, the results were far from representative of the pace he showed throughout the weekend. After a difficult run through the heats and Pre Final, Kiaan refused to let the weekend end there, charging from P23 to P14 in the Final. Sometimes the most important result isn’t the finishing position, but the resilience shown in getting there.

With the opening round behind us, the focus now turns to building on the positives and coming back stronger in Round 2! 🏁
