A really special thank you to Ali ❤️ @agcreative2023
We recently helped Ali sort through her lovely mum’s wardrobes after she sadly passed away. It was something she had been putting off, and we were really pleased we could be there to help make the job a little easier.
Ali has very kindly donated her mum’s clothes to Silver Threads Mobile Boutique, so they can go on to be worn and loved by other people.
Donations like this mean so much to us. They help us keep our prices affordable and allow us to take lovely clothes out to people who may not find it easy to get to the shops themselves.
We will also be making a donation to Cancer Research UK, a charity chosen by Ali, in memory of her mum. ❤️
Thank you, Ali, for trusting us to help you sort through everything and for being so generous with your mum’s clothes. It’s lovely to think that something you no longer need will go on to bring a little bit of happiness to somebody else.
You’ve helped us to help others, and we’re so grateful. 🌷
Love from

POV: you take your mum on a 4-hour round trip to deliver a wedding cake to a castle… 😂🏰🎂

And of course Mum makes her starring appearance approximately 0.2 seconds into the reel. 🤣❤️

Because apparently this is what a casual Tuesday looks like now?!

Mum came along as my trusty cake-delivery sidekick for the trip to Eastnor Castle for Hannah & George’s wedding... and obviously, once the cake was safely delivered, we had to have a little look around… 👀😂

Cake delivered safely, castle thoroughly explored and approximately 462 photos and videos taken along the way. 🤣

Somewhere between wandering past suits of armour, nosing around all the incredible rooms and taking in those views, I had one of those moments of…

Guys… THIS IS MY JOB?! 😭🥹

I literally make cake for a living and somehow that occasionally involves road trips with my mum to CASTLES. 😂🤍

And to top off an already lovely day, Hannah messaged afterwards to say everyone loved the cake and that she and George might need a little anniversary cake each year to remember it by. 🥹❤️

Safe to say that made my day!

Days like this make all those crazy hours behind the scenes so worth it. 🤍

A fairytale setting for Hannah & George 🤍🏰

This week took me a little further afield than usual, delivering this beauty to the incredible Eastnor Castle… and WOW. 😍

I don't think photos quite prepare you for this place!

From driving through those castle gates to walking into the Great Hall surrounded by suits of armour, huge fireplaces, ornate ceilings and so much history…
I may have spent a little longer looking around than was strictly necessary. 😂

And tucked amongst all that grandeur was Hannah & George's three-tier wedding cake. 🤍

They chose an elegant all-white design with delicate hand-piped florals, botanical details and lots of beautiful texture, with three delicious flavours hiding inside:

✨ Peanut Butter Truffle
✨ Strawberry & Vanilla
✨ Blueberry & Coconut

I absolutely loved seeing all the little details Hannah & George had brought together for their day too — from the gorgeous red and white florals to the little nods to The Hobbit. 🥹

Such a beautiful wedding to have been a tiny part of, and definitely a delivery I won't forget in a hurry!

Congratulations again Hannah & George 🤍
Thank you for trusting me to create such a special part of your incredible day.

How do you capture spring in a wedding cake? 🌿🤍

For Bethan & Luke, everything began with the season they chose to say "I do."

They wanted their cake to reflect the fresh, romantic feel of their spring wedding, so delicate edible pressed flowers became the heart of the design, with flavours chosen to celebrate the season too:

🌿 Lavender, Lemon & Elderflower
🍓 Strawberry Champagne
🍮 Dulce de Leche

And then there was Barney... 🐕🤍

A much-loved member of the family who simply had to be part of their day. Complete with a little frosting on his nose, I think it's safe to say he'd already helped himself before the cake was even cut! 🥹

I love it when a cake has little moments to discover. From the spring-inspired flavours to the delicate edible pressed flowers, right down to Barney proudly wearing a little frosting on his nose, every detail was chosen because it reflected Bethan & Luke and the season they chose to celebrate.

It's those meaningful details that make a wedding cake feel truly personal.

Congratulations again, Bethan & Luke, and thank you for trusting me to create such a special part of your day. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness together. 🤍

✨ If your wedding cake could include one little detail that's completely unique to you, what would it be?

I'd love to hear your ideas... I'll go first in the comments. 🤍

There's something so special about this moment. 🤍

After days of baking, decorating, stencilling, piping and carefully packing every last detail, I finally got to step back and see it all come together for Louarna & Steve's wedding... and moments like this never lose their magic.

For their guests, I created:
🤍 A two-tier wedding cake
🧁 84 handcrafted cupcakes
🍪 Over 80 personalised sugar cookies

Wedding Cake Flavours
🍓 Strawberry & Vanilla
🍫 Belgian Chocolate Fudge

Cupcake Flavours
❤️ Red Velvet
🍋 Sicilian Lemon
🤎 Salted Caramel
🍒 Cherry Bakewell

Watching months of planning become part of such a special day is something I'll never take for granted. Every wedding has its own story, and it was such a joy to create this one for Louarna & Steve.

Congratulations to you both, and thank you for trusting me with such an important part of your wedding day. I hope you had the most incredible day celebrating with your family and friends, and that every slice, cupcake and cookie was enjoyed. 🥂🤍

Not every day you see a giraffe in Salisbury! 🦒

A lovely day visiting @riversidesalisbury today for their wedding fair.

Always a great way to spend a Sunday, catching up with wedding supplier friends and serenading couples.

And hanging out with @ptheathphoto @agcreative2023 and @garbanzos_event_hire is always a good time 😀

If you're looking for a stunning riverside setting (the golden hour photos there must be perfect) with a surprise giraffe, look no further 🤍

Looking forward to singing here in the future 🩷
