MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR /// AVA 💚💚

What is your favorite thing about teaching at Lux Lab?
-My favorite thing about teaching at Lux Labs is the environment!! All the clients, desk workers and instructors have all become such good friends to me and getting to know the clients is such a joy!

What is your favorite move on the machine?
-Spider Lunge!

What is your favorite post class treat and coffee order?
-Tailgate O’clock from @spillintheteaau

What is a random fun fact about you?
-Lux lab was the first reformer studio I ever tried!

What advice would you give someone nervous to try Lux Lab?
-Just try it! I know it can be intimidating at first, but everyone at Lux started somewhere, and you seriously get better with every class you take! Everyone in the room is focused on their own workout, so I promise no one is judging you. We’re all just there to challenge ourselves, get stronger, and have fun!

What do you hope clients feel after taking your class?
-I hope my clients feel accomplished and that they’ve pushed themselves to their full potential, and have fun in every class they take. Most importantly, I hope they are excited to come back!
