NBA Summer League has officially come and gone, and Meleek Thomas stole the show for the Cavaliers.

However…

That means that some players had to go under the radar, performing well but not getting talked about enough. Here they are.

Swipe to see some Cavs Summer League players who I think deserve more recognition for what they did in Vegas over the past week or two!

.

Malaki Branham:

Branham played in all five games and showed some serious production. He was a former 20th overall pick to the San Antonio Spurs back in 2022, and is still only 23 years old.

Could the 6’4” Ohio State product earn his way back into the NBA with a real consistent role after this Summer League showing?

Rashaun Agee:

Agee, who signed an Exhibit-10 deal with the Cavs a few weeks back, brought the energy and cleaned the boards, averages 6.2 rebounds per game in only 16 minutes per game.

Agee, the Texas A&M product, will look to carve out his spot in the NBA after a strong showing in Vegas.

Ernest Udeh Jr.:

Udeh’s production in Vegas was very defense-oriented. His 5.2 rebounds per game, but especially his 3.8 stocks per game, sure back up the Cavs’ front office as they gave him the most recent Two-Way spot on the roster prior to Summer League.

Udeh Jr. has done enough to prove that he’s worth knowing beyond the clip of him talking about Meleek Thomas… if you know, you know.

Jaxson Robinson:

A familiar face after spending last Summer League and G-League season with the Cavs and Charge, Robinson proved his worth, averaging just under 10 points while also adding a few rebounds and a steal per game.

This is a good showing for Robinson, who looks to carve out an NBA career for himself.
