75 Hard. Round IV. Week 06.

We talk so much about the discipline that 75 Hard requires.
The early mornings, the hard workouts, the promises we keep to ourselves.

But something I’ve been leaning into is how much joy and freedom there is in discipline, too. The freedom to build a life with intention, while making room for the little things that make it beautiful.

Dancing for no reason. Quiet mornings with God. Friendships that make me better. Finding pieces of home in unexpected places. Learning to rest, to slow down, and to enjoy the life I’ve been working so hard to build.

Because discipline and joy can coexist. Ambition doesn’t have to come at the expense of softness. Rest isn’t the opposite of progress.

And a life of purpose should also be a life we get to enjoy.

This s*it’s easy.
Here are the daily rules for 75hard again if you missed it:
2x 45min workouts (1 has to be outdoors)
3.8l water
Read 10 pages
Follow your specific diet
Take 1 progress pic each day (I replaced this one with posting 1 piece of content each day)

Same life, two realities. It starts all with how we think, what we believe about ourselves and the amount of work we are willing to put into working on ourselves. ❤️‍🔥 #mindset #fitness #mindsetshifts

75 Hard. Round IV. Week 02.

the novelty wore off a little.
the days started looking the same. the swims, the training, the runs, the meals, the quiet mornings with God, the work. repeat.
and that’s the point.

because big goals are rarely reached in big, dramatic moments. most of the time, they are built in repetition. doing the same small things often enough that they become consistency, and staying consistent long enough for the results to finally have somewhere to come from.

that has been the reminder this week:
keep chipping away.
keep doing the work that looks ordinary.
keep returning to the things you said mattered.
and the reminder that getting stronger doesn’t mean becoming harder.

there was discipline in this week, yes. but there was also joy. community. faith. play. softness. and a lot of very ordinary moments that, together, made the week feel full.

that’s what I’m learning to love about this round.
not just the big wins. the texture of the days themselves.
