Since 2016, we’ve been pioneering changing hearts and minds around ageing for everyone, at every age and stage of life.

It’s the thread running through everything we do.

But we’re certainly not the only ones championing this incredible global movement. So many voices are helping shift the conversation around ageing, giving it greater momentum, visibility and impact every day.

Many of you loved our recent Live with @going_graechael, where we explored the movement’s evolution and embracing a more positive relationship with ageing. And Rachael is just one of many challenging outdated ideas and reframing ageing.

There are so many more we recommend following too.

Because if we want to shift the narrative around ageing - and embrace age liberation - we have to proactively choose to drown out the noise and support those championing a more expansive, positive and balanced view of ageing.

And show the algorithm that this is what we want more of!

Here are just a few accounts we love. This is by no means an exhaustive list - and this time we’ve honed in on IG accounts that primarily focus on discussing, challenging and uprooting the status quo and reframing the very concept of ageing, through a holistic whole-of-life intergenerational lens, in order to educate and empower all ages and stages of life - younger and older - rather than specific ages and generations.

We also highly recommend following @stanfordlongevity as an institution redesigning norms, policies and practices across the life course, to support longer lives. Our Founder & CEO, Jacynth, is a Global Ambassador, bringing her expertise to this vital work.

And we want to hear from you too - share your favourite accounts in the comments. 👇

P.S. Stay tuned for our brand new campaign launching later this week - we’re taking reframing ageing to new heights. 👀

Make sure you’re following us for all the updates. And our Content Creator & Influencer or Modelling Network members will be among the first to hear about the social campaign - and how you can take part.

When keyboard warriors comment on your appearance, please realize it says much more about them than it does about you. People who are overly harsh and critical of others usually do a number on themselves, most likely because they were talked to like that by someone else.
These days, instead of getting offended, I feel empathy for those commenters- It’s hard living a life filled with judgment of others and judgment of yourself. Most likely somebody caused them a lot of pain and they’re lashing out.
So the next time somebody leaves a nasty comment about your appearance, try to approach it with empathy rather than taking offense. Easier said than done, I know— I’m working on it too. But the more I work on loving myself fully, the more I begin to embrace what others perceive as imperfections. I can honestly say after so many years being insecure about my nose 👃… I now love it and I’m so glad I never changed it!
