Been chasing my dreams for a minute now. My late father in-law believed in me. We were going to start a business together. 7 years later I’m working for @ninoprofootball for @agent90m I know he’d be proud of me. I hope everyone else is proud of me.

Building for the future. 🌐🏈 Since January 2026, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Head of International Football Operations at Niño Pro Football. We are actively expanding our network and looking to connect with top-tier talent, coaches, scouts, and industry professionals across international leagues (LFA, CFL, IFL, European circuits, and beyond). If you’re ready to elevate your career, explore international play, or partner with us to create real opportunities for athletes: 📥 DM me directly or drop a comment below to start the conversation. Let’s get to work! #NinoProFootball #FootballOperations #InternationalFootball #ProFootball #AthleteRepresentation

“It’s not real football”…. It’s getting around that time of year again. They talk crazy from the couch. Breaking down the wildest things I hear from the stands and the comments section. The field might be short, but the disrespect is long. Put some respect on the indoor game. Coming to an arena near you Spring 2027 The roof is indoor, but the dating scene is out of pocket. Putting it all on the table: the groupies, the long distance, and the sacrifice it takes to hold down a relationship while chasing the dream is not an easy task. The wildest thing about this sport isn’t the hits on the field, it’s finding out your ‘ride or die’ is just trying to clear the whole depth chart. “It’s not the NFL” yeah, but the local businesses are still cutting the checks. Don’t let the 50-yard field fool you. Free meals at the best spots in town, hometown brand deals, and fans who actually know your name. Swipe to see the perks of the arena lifestyle they don’t want you to know about. They talk like it’s a rec league, but everyone out here was the star of their D1 team. The couch critics think the talent drops off because there’s a roof. The reality? Fewer than 1% of college players make it to Sundays. The other 2% of the absolute freaks are fighting tooth and nail right here. While the 97% who ain’t make it cheer us on and cash in parlays. Swipe left to see what happens when talent meets determination. We’re brothers in the trenches today, but one roster move makes us strangers tomorrow. That’s the coldest part of the arena game. You’re sharing meals, going to war, and staying at each other’s apartments, but the front office will cut your brother on a random Tuesday morning. Swipe left for the unedited reality of locker room brotherhood when your next contract is never guaranteed. The field is only 50 yards, but the impact stretches way past the arena doors They talk about the league, the talent, and the politics but they don’t see the kids in the stands wearing your jersey, or the local community that treats you like family. We might not be on national TV every Sunday, but making a real, tangible difference in a city that actually knows your name?

🥂 Cheers to TWO YEARS! 🥂 As we celebrate our second anniversary, we can't help but look back at the defining theme of this past year: GROWTH. This incredible evolution wouldn't be possible without bringing some key members onto our staff who have truly elevated our agency: 🌍 Justin Kelm, Director of International Operations: Justin pours his heart into his work every single day. Through his multitude of connections and relentless drive to promote our athletes on social media, he ensures our talent gets the spotlight they deserve. 🏈 JD Mills, Director of Scouting: JD’s pure passion for the game is unmatched. His keen eye for identifying new talent has completely elevated our game and continues to help us raise the bar. 👀 Marcus McCoy & Shay Netter, Field Scouts: While newer to the agency, it has been incredibly inspiring to watch them navigate an unfamiliar space. They’ve beautifully transitioned from an athlete’s mentality into roles where they can shine a much-needed light on the next generation of up-and-coming athletes. We are extremely blessed to reflect on the last twelve months and the dozens upon dozens of contracts we’ve successfully executed. None of this happens without the invaluable relationships we’ve built with owners, coaches, scouts, and player personnel. These connections allow us to place our talented athletes in opportunities where they can contribute and play the game they love at a high level. We operate with the highest possible standards, and we remind ourselves daily just how lucky and fortunate we are to advocate for our athletes as they pursue their football dreams. Here is to Year Three! 📈 Moving forward, we look to keep matching the relentless energy our athletes bring on the field and translate it off the field to give them a premier partnership and experience. We look forward to remaining a consistent, reliable, and trustworthy agency. We take immense pride in not being for everybody—but we will always be known for our transparency and our heart. 🖤💜 #Anniversary #YearTwo #FootballAgency #AthleteRepresentation #SportsBiz

Shoutout to my boss, Gabe. Hands down one of the best leaders and bosses I’ve ever worked for. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who genuinely looks out for your well-being, pushes you to be your best, and reminds you to take a step back and rest when you need it. Truly thankful to work for someone who cares about the human being behind the work. You deserve all the flowers boss.
