Little throwback to Tuesday where I was in London for my Management’s @morganmgmt Summer party! Was great to catch up with all the girls (old and new) and I always feel so grateful to be part of such a fabulous team! It’s been a busy week this week with London, Jasmine’s 17th birthday celebrations and seeing family from near and far. 🤎

For all those who have asked me my top is @zara and annoyingly sold out so I’ll try find similar 🤎🤍

The gentle sea breeze, the quiet rustle of pine trees, the warmth of the sun on your skin… each moment becomes part of your healing. 🌊

Our BOVISAJ Holistic Face Fitness Retreat unfolds in the serene embrace of @sherwoodexclusivekemer —a sanctuary where the sea meets the pines, and the air itself feels like a gentle exhale. 🌊🌲

We move, breathe, and nurture our faces in harmony with nature’s rhythm.

Every space invites you to return to yourself… slowly, calmly, completely. 💆‍♀️

This is where journey is not chased… it’s remembered.

📍Stay tuned for our next retreat announcement.

Just back from the most soul-nourishing four-day wellness retreat with @bovisaj @sherwoodexclusivekemer in Turkey.

Set against a backdrop of breathtaking mountains, each day began with calming meditations and flowed into face fitness, manifestation sessions, yoga, paddleboarding, and mindful movement. We were even treated to the most incredible Turkish massage in the stunning spa. It was the perfect pause to reflect, reset, and reconnect.

Huge thanks to Lou and Leila—so knowledgeable, inspiring, and truly made every session feel special.

I’m heading home with a clear mind, a full heart, and a renewed sense of energy for the months ahead.

If you’re craving time to unwind and realign, I couldn’t recommend this retreat more highly! 🤍

What better way to start the summer half term than with a wellness retreat…

Just finished the most rejuvenating retreat with @bovisaj all set in the stunning surroundings of @sherwoodexclusivekemer on Turkey’s gorgeous coast 🌊

From peaceful morning meditations to sun~soaked afternoons, face fitness sessions, and mindful movement, every moment was a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, and truly reconnect ~with myself and the world around me.

Looking for a calm escape, a gorgeous spot in Kemer, or just some time to hit reset? This retreat was everything I needed and more.
