Touring Galloway Ridge with the Inspector Everyone Knows 👀🏡

Touring a townhome in the Galloway Ridge community, built by Meritage Homes, alongside Maria Rodriguez and Inspections Plus — and this is how inspections should be done.

This isn’t just a walkthrough.

It’s an inspection mindset.

As a Licensed Home Inspector + Licensed Realtor, I look beyond finishes and layouts and focus on what actually matters:

✔️ Construction quality
✔️ Systems & structure
✔️ Long-term performance
✔️ Buyer protection

New construction doesn’t mean problem-free — it means inspection-ready.

I’m building my name by being present, consistent, and knowledgeable on every tour, every inspection, every community.

That’s how you become trusted.

That’s how you become known.

If you want real tours, real insight, and real inspections from someone who lives this daily — follow along.

Becoming the #1 Home Inspector in the Carolinas — I Don’t Sleep 😤🔥

Today I sponsored a Keller Williams training event, and I told the agents exactly what’s about to happen:

👉 Within 30 days, I’m the #1 Home Inspector in North Carolina AND South Carolina.
👉 And I don’t sleep when it comes to serving agents, protecting clients, and elevating this industry.

Why?

Because when you mix hustle, precision, and relentless service — you win.

And my goal is simple: be the inspector every Realtor calls first.

As both a Licensed Realtor® + Licensed Home Inspector, I understand what agents REALLY need:

✔️ Fast scheduling
✔️ Clear communication
✔️ Detailed reports
✔️ Unmatched professionalism
✔️ A partner who actually shows up for them

If you’re a Realtor who wants an inspector who outworks everyone, follow me — I’m about to change the game in the Carolinas. 🚀
