Pemberton 😍😍😍
Definitely not the weekend I had envisioned as I just wanted to ride bikes all day, as I always do, but my back injury said no. So I helped out the homies by driving the truck back down from the peak (long gnarly descent) and got in a little blue half lap too 🤘

Pemberton is breathtaking and the stoke was high ❤️

Happy Thanksgiving all 💗

"Happy birthday to the ground!!"
Took a double crash day as I felt it had been a while since I had crashed so I had to make up for it.

The first crash (photographed) was pretty funny and I did a double barrel roll, weeee.

The second crash was definitely not funny and I took a HEAVY slam to the shoulder and head. Absolutely stoked to not have dislocated my shoulder or have any serious injuries, I am just very sore. No photos for serious incidents haha

Thank you Sophie and coach @candacejanzencoaching for coming to my rescue and looking after me ❤️🫂

And to @curtisprotopappas and @heyivylin helping me realign my brakes and get this hilarious picture 😅🤘

❤️❤️ We got each other's backs ❤️❤️🤘

Rode bikes all day yesterday - greens, blues, blacks and double blacks.
My one time I fell down was standing still in the village 😅🤘🔥
