Introducing the PAPA WAS... cast:

Tony Insignares (Dean) first caught the acting bug at his alumni Tennessee State University. Some of his theatre credits from college and regional include Oedipus Rex, Les Negres, Romeo and Juliet, and The Dance on Widow’s Row. His other experiences include film, TV, web series, music videos, and radio. Before Covid, the last production he performed in was The Motherfucker With The Hat. During the pandemic, he has since then been involved with his spiritual home The Infinity Fellowship working both behind the scenes and doing live music performances during service. His most recent credit includes Fan Me With A Brick under Tennessee Playwrights Studio. He is most grateful to be cast in Papa Was..., and working with Nashville’s most talented artists.

Show opens August 18th.

I had the privilege of working as a model for the exceptionally talented designer/stylist @slimkim08 in a film where she was responsible for styling all the costumes for the models. I am incredibly thankful for this opportunity, and I always cherish such experiences. Meeting new people is something I adore, so a shout-out to all the models, actors, hairdressers, makeup artists, directors, and the entire team I had the pleasure of meeting today. I am truly grateful for this wonderful opportunity.
