2026 Kalahari Food & (Not Just) Wine Festival was a feast fit for every cowboy and cowgirl in Texas! 🤠 This year’s theme at @kalahariresortsroundrock was Stars, Stripes & Spurs. A little country. A whole lotta flavor! There’s so much to enjoy from delicious food to an endless line up of local and national beverage vendors and live entertainment throughout the resort like the high flyin’ amazing @aggiewranglers. She’s Choosin’ Texas … and we can tell. 🤠 Riley Tomasino ’26 is a senior @maysmarketingdept student at Mays Business School, focusing on marketing analytics and advertising strategy and minoring in artificial intelligence. Outside of Mays, she’s traded business-casual for dancing boots as a member of @aggiewranglers, although that wasn’t always the plan. “I did not have rhythm and then I took Aggie Wrangler lessons and I fell in love with it. Got to see them perform, fell in love with it even more. I remember being terrified because I had always grown up in sports and wanting to be the best in those sports, so I was a little bit terrified going into this whole new field that I had no experience in.” What began with saying yes to the Aggie Wranglers dance team led to two years of leadership, lifelong friendships and, eventually, a very unexpected call: an opportunity to dance in @ellalangleymusic’s “Choosin’ Texas” music video alongside Ella, @mirandalambert, and more. On set, Riley took it all in through a marketing lens, paying attention to the brand partnerships, storytelling, and strategy happening behind the scenes. Through her experiences at Mays and with Aggie Wranglers, Riley has learned that some of the best opportunities come when you are willing to step outside your comfort zone, try something new, and say yes. 150 years calls for a proper Texas celebration. 🤠 Friday, October 2, boot-scoot your way over to Cavalry Court as we celebrate Texas A&M’s 150th anniversary with a courtyard pop-up starting at 6pm. We’re rounding up @frauelinboots, @shinerspirits, @aggiewranglers and @txembroiderydesigns for an evening of boots, live music, dancing, Texas spirits and complimentary custom bandana branding. Come raise a glass, take a turn around the dance floor and celebrate 150 years of Aggie tradition with us. See you in the courtyard!

Talk about a hole-in-one night ⛳️🎤 Imagine Muny 5 hit its $1 MILLION fundraising goal for the Muny Conservancy! A week ago today at ACL Live was pure Texas magic - Tanya Tucker, Wade Bowen, Jack Ingram, and Asleep at the Wheel brought the house down, plus surprise sets from Dale Watson and The Copa Kings. Add a live auction, the Wranglers dancing all night, and a whole lot of love for Austin's oldest public golf course... and you get a night nobody's forgetting anytime soon. As Tanya Tucker put it: "We want this golf course here forever, for our great-great-great grandkids." 🙌 Thank you to every Texas Star and Muny Legend who showed up for the Save Muny effort.
