🔥🖤🎸She’s a ROCKSTAR!🔥🖤🎸 Tia taught her very first Inferno Hot Pilates class at FLY, and she stepped onto the teacher’s mat in front of a packed house and absolutely delivered a dynamic, fun, and precise class! Tia brought an incredible combination of energy and intention to the room. Her instruction was clear, her movements were purposeful, and through all that heat and intensity, she maintained a calming energy that somehow kept us grounded AND kept us moving. There’s something special about watching someone find their rhythm on the teacher’s mat, and Tia looked right at home. Thank you to our FLY community for packing the house and showing up to support another one of our newest instructors. And congratulations, Tia, on your first class! The only thing she’s missing is a black guitar🖤🎸😉 📲 Catch Tia on the schedule soon! Download the Fire Life Yoga App to check class times and book your spot. #FireLifeYoga #InfernoHotPilates #RockstarEnergy #IgniteYourInnerPeace #yorkpa

As a passionate advocate for self-care among nurses, I know firsthand how essential it is to prioritize our own well-being while caring for others. It brings me joy to offer relaxation and self-care services to my friends and colleagues who deserve it most. This fall, treat yourself to a rejuvenating, skin-brightening facial and let go of any lingering summer sun damage. Book your appointment through the link in my bio—because self-care is essential, especially for those who care for others. ✨

Hey there! I wanted to reach out on behalf of @gnarcy.ambas . We've got some totally cool jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the perfect fit to rock our latest collection of tough accessories! If you're up for it, we'd love to hook you up with a trio of pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – totally FREE! Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcy.ambas (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙 👉 @gnarcy.ambas 👈
