Aloha OTF Kapolei Ohana! ❤️ We hope you enjoyed your week! Please join us in celebrating our #MemberSpotlight of the week! Alexis consistently shows up, determined to crush every workout! Nearing 100 classes in just four months with us 🙌🏽 Keep going girl!!

“ I joined OTF to get in shape, learn my body, and truly be a steward of the body God blessed me with. Since starting, OTF has helped me stay committed to a routine and push beyond limits I didn’t even realize I had. Every time I step into the gym, I’m betting on myself and choosing to show up as my best.

One of my favorite memories so far has been recently hitting a new top PR for my mile run—it reminded me how strong and capable I really am. OTF continues to challenge me each and every class I attend! “
