Make Your Impact: Transform Yourself to Serve Your Team is officially out NOW on Amazon and at the link in my bio!!!

This book is for anyone who has ever questioned their worth beyond performance, searched for purpose within their role, or wondered how they can make a meaningful impact on their team. It’s about redefining success, building habits with intention, and realizing that your greatest contribution isn’t determined by the size of your role, but by the impact you make within it.

There truly aren’t enough words or tags to thank everyone who made this book possible. From teammates, coaches, mentors, family, friends, and even strangers, it took a village to bring this project to life. Thank you all for your unwavering belief, support, and experiences that have shaped these pages.

A special thank you to my Streamline team, the wonderful and creative humans you are!!
Cover Design: Katie Kankam
Interior & Layout Design: Brittany Becker
Editorial Team: Fallon Clark, Rachel Maier, Marcie Taylor, Maggie Syrett

Happy reading, MAKE YOUR IMPACT! 🫶

This is why you can meditate for an hour and still feel wired. Why you do breathwork sessions but wake up anxious. Why you’re “working on yourself” but can’t shake the baseline tension.

You’re treating breathing like an event instead of fixing the foundation.

Sure 10 mins of breathwork is great but people never address the 23 hours and 50 minutes they’re NOT consciously breathing. The default pattern running while you work, scroll, eat, think. And That’s where the real dysregulation lives.

Correct your baseline breathing mechanics. Release the fascia restricting it. Teach your body a new default.

Then every breath - conscious or not - becomes regulation instead of silently stressing you tf out.

If you’re ready to fix the foundation, not just manage the symptoms, dm me “PWR”

Introducing.... MR. & MRS. RAINBOLT ❤‍🔥

When Ali & Trevor first reached out to me from Kansas City and told me they were planning their wedding at @thegriffinhouse, I swear I cried a little.

Ali & Trevor felt like my close friends instantly and it was so beautiful seeing their closest friends and family traveling all the way from the mid west (even from Ethiopia!!) to attend their wedding! And if that doesn't speak to the character of these two beautiful humans, I don't know what will!

The whole day was beautiful - from the florals, to Ali's dress & Trev's suit, and the incredible design of @hostby.co.
The sunset also gave us the most STUNNING light towards the end of the night and I don't think I'll ever stop thinking about it...

To the entire team involved, you all are ROCKSTARS! I don't think it could've been more perfect if we tried! 💫
