One of the biggest myths I hear is:
“I don’t want a trim because I’m trying to grow my hair out.”

Here’s the truth: If your goal is long, healthy hair, regular trims are essential! ✨

Trims remove split ends before they travel up the hair, helping you maintain the length you’ve worked so hard for instead of losing it to breakage and needing to cut off even more later.

Hair grows from the scalp, but length is maintained by keeping your ends healthy. 🌿

✨ Regular trims
✨ Quality products
✨ Consistent home care
✨ Patience

That’s the formula for long, healthy hair. 🤍

Summer is here ☀️ This week was filled with graduations, family time, a move, food trucks, sunset walks, prepping for our busy season at work and a million things on the calendar… but I still made time to show up for myself and get my workouts in.

Because you don’t need a perfect schedule… you just need to make yourself a priority. 🔥
