Moments like these: when an athlete you adore partners with a non profit you love to create a product with a brand you’ve become a collector of - that’s when the job doesn’t feel like work and a day at the office feels like pure play.🚲 I’ve been a member of the @protectourwinters Creative Alliance for a few years now and one of my favorite parts of being a member is connecting with other like minded athletes to help tell their stories of grit and pursuit of greatness. At its core POW helps passionate outdoor people protect the places and experiences they love from climate change, because whether we ski or ride bikes, we all want clean water, access to outdoor spaces and a healthy planet to play in. Sarah Sturm is one of the warmest athletes I’ve had the pleasure of photographing over the years and feel lucky to call her a friend. Her artistic talent makes for one of the best collab bottles in the @drinkbivo lineup and as anyone who has been to my home recently knows, I’ve amassed quite a collection of these - my favorite bottles. 🫶

Finally back with the SRAM family, this time in Lausanne in the middle of a heatwave for the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift - exploring new routes, enjoying the stunning landscape and making new friends. The term „legend“ is used quite loosely these days, but I think we can say with great certainty we really got to meet some of the titans of the industry and share stories, smiles and miles with them. What a week it was - and we literally cannot wait for what’s to come in 2027. A big shout out to @geraldine_bergeron and the whole team on-site for their time, generosity and hospitality, and a special thank you to @julietteldn for the outstanding ride leading! #watchthefemmes

Well what can I say, these two put on a show at the end of 100miles at 10,00 feet and what a show it was :) @keegels99 congratulations on getting Numero Seis! We knew this one was going to be a little different, and it was a nail bitter! @matthew.mtb you showed up to make @keegels99 and the others for work it, amazing job and a good battle! Nice to see you have a spectacular season so far. You #kiwis have some grit 😝You guys should have @lifetimegrandprix give you a little extra $$$ after that performance ;) Well the day before that i think i saw a bigger smile on @keegels99 face after i got a #garagetattoo from the up and coming artist @shapirothehero he is open for appts 🤠The things we do to keep it loose before the big event :) Again congrats señor on the sixth win at 10000 feet :) Four more and you get the 1000mile buckle 😝

I highly recommend a spontaneous change of plans. Leadville wasn’t on the list this year - I felt like it would be too much after the TDFFAZ, but thanks to the encouragement of a few folks in my inner circle I said why not and added a 5 day stopover on my way back to Montana from France. A few years away from the Leadville Trail 100 Mtb and gosh it was good to be back! I don’t necessarily recommend mixing jet lag with altitude, but I survived thanks in large part to my friends. The racecourse was altered due to a forest fire this summer and made for a very fast and exciting day. Given how hard this race is I’m surprised at how much laughter and joy is in these images. I hope you feel the love. I sure do love making pictures of people trying their hardest. This weekend sure filled my cup in the best ways. 🥰

After forcing myself to rest for 6 days, I took a bunch of meds and managed to make it up Ventoux. It was a beast, and I wasn't sure I could get to the top but in the end I made it! The day after we spent in Bedouin to watch the pros speed through town and up the climb. What an epic stage to watch, those ladies really know how to put on a race! #watchthefemmes
