Good taste runs in the Cardwell family.

New cocktail on the menu, Marty’s Bees Knees, uses our beverage manager Ben’s dad’s own ‘Loretto’ honey from his farm in Northern Ireland and Short Cross gin which comes from 10 miles from where the honey is made, using botanicals that the bees pollinate.

Elevated with a goat’s milk punch for lactic touch, this is a beautiful cocktail that we’re proud to have on the menu, reflecting our team’s passion for provenance and a dash of local pride.

A good example of how we like to cook at Labombe: simple and easy to enjoy, whether or not you are interested in everything happening behind the scenes.
