Juliana and I worked on some drawings at Locals after a meeting today. The strawberry matcha was SOOO good! 🍓🍵 I'm trying to fill up my mini sketchbook so be ready for lots of mini sketches in the near future. For today, I drew this cute little sketch inspired by the Perseid meteor shower that comes around every August 🌠 I’ve been doing a lot of stargazing lately. There’s something so peaceful about sitting outside and looking up at the stars. It's also super exciting to spot meteors streak across the sky 🌌

We had the chance to build a giant coffee cup for Nautilus Roasting Co. using nothing but cardboard, masking tape, paint, and some hot glue! 😄 The cup made its debut at our Go Figure Art Hang and then became part of Nautilus's anniversary celebration this past weekend. It was so much fun seeing people stop to take photos, admire it, and interact with something we created by hand. Projects like this remind us how much we love making art that brings people together and sparks a little joy. A huge thank you to everyone who posed with the cup, shared a smile, and helped make the weekend so fun! Here's to many more oversized art projects for our art hangs in the future! ☕🎉
