Such beautiful memories to reminisce over. I have nothing but gratitude in my heart and my goodness, I can't believe I hoarded these pictures for this long! Finally setting them free🤭❤️

𝐌𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

I’ve always preferred staying behind the scenes rather than speaking in front of people, but medical school had a way of bringing me out of my shell.

Six years of medical school brought out sides of me I never knew existed.

The night before my defense, I was so nervous. My sister was my only audience, and making me repeat my presentation over and over made me very anxious.

When the day came, I surprised myself with how well I presented. My mentors were impressed, and the feedback was good.

I’m simply grateful to God.
He heard my prayers and helped me through it.❤️🙏

GRATITUDE : learning to see the beauty in what you have, while trusting God with what you’re still waiting for.🩷🩵
