Do you like French toast?

If you do enjoy it then try this from @ahottinroof - their French toast hits all the boxes. I really enjoyed the apple sauce/glaze they pair it with. So much so that I saved it and used it with ground pork to make the most epic pork and apple burgers.

But back to French toast now. Let me know if you dig?

Hands down the best steak sandwich in the city! Melt in your mouth beef, tasty mushrooms, chimichuri, rocket and the best ciabatta bread.

If anything at all I want the option to add some nice cheese to this 😂 but I freaking loved this! Thank you to @ahottinroof for sending this to me to try!

Tag a friend who would eat the whole thing.

Once a while, I LOVE a good burger to indulge in. I usually choose one which is hearty in both meats and the veggies.

This bad boy was ordered from @ahottinroof

Pulled Lamb, Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce, Avocado, Feta Cheese, Tomato, Slaw, all in the softest brioche buns.

The lamb broke away like a charm. The heat from the chipotle was balanced well by the creamy feta and avo. I, personally, would have loved some caramelized onions and some micro-greens here.

Go figure! 🙌

My personal quest for best burgers in Mumbai bought me to A Hot Tin Roof (@ahottinroof).

I ordered their basic fried chicken burger 🍔. This fried chicken burger blew my mind as it was dripping goody-goody sauces that will activate the right areas in your brain to fulfil your spice 🌶 quotient but also balance it out taste wise.

The owner told me that they actually specialise in making sandwiches and recommended me to try their Chicken Katsu Sando.

All in all this is a much better burger place in comparison to Jimis burger (@jimisburger) in terms of taste.

When @ahottinroof dropped this #cubano sandwich as part of their #christmas special menu I was drooling 🤤 and I knew I had to order it.

If you have questions about the sandwich ask me because my review is this ‘I will order this again if it’s still available and I will also petition for it to be added to their regular menu’. ‘Nuff said!

Well @ahottinroof just dropped a new sandwich and they were kind enough to send me one to taste. It was a monster sandwich 🥪 and packed with meat, seafood and flavour. The bread was buttery and soft. Great sandwich.

🥪 A HOT TIN ROOF 🥪

There’s a new gourmet food truck in Mumbai & it’s not one to be missed!! Serving the thickesttt gourmet sandwiches from around the world, @ahottinroof caught my eye the minute I saw their menu & laid eyes on that shrimp sandwich. 👀

We tried their Shrimp Po’boy (fried shrimp, iceberg, pickles, hot sauce) & Chicken Katsu Sando (Panko fried chicken, tonkatsu sauce, cabbage slaw), both of which were absolutely incredible & fulllll of flavour. 🥪 I looooved the crunchy shrimp & hot sauce combo - a spicy prawn sandwich at its finest!! ✨

Cannot wait to recreate this prawny sando with some fun additions when I’m back in London next week!! 🤪🦐
