Hello, internet. It’s me — Humpty-Dumpty, newly appointed content creator (because apparently I “have a face for social media”).

Let’s get one thing straight — I did not fall off a wall, I was pushed… into this unpaid internship at Face to Fake CIC.

The “boss” — Oleks — calls herself Creative Director, but I haven’t seen much creativity since she decided that “thinking about writing” counts as progress.

Anyway, I’ll be handling all future posts — expect behind-the-scenes drama, theatre gossip, and existential breakdowns.

Alright. I’ve finally done it.
After three years of living in a country that feels as close to my homeland as Mars is to Earth — I’m officially opening my own company: Face to Fake CIC.

Apparently, I love theatre too much. I tried to stop. I really did. But my soul’s already sold — and I’ll probably wither away completely if I don’t start writing and rehearsing again.

This is a huge step for me, and I wouldn’t have dared without two incredible British humans who somehow agreed to sell their souls to the cause — @_casson and @frasermillward .

The world is changing fast, and I can feel how much my art is shifting with it. I’ll be honest — my own darkness sometimes scares me. But I’m at the point where I have to start doing what I dream of… or I’ll never die rich and famous. Which, let’s face it, is the ultimate goal.

So stay tuned 🎭

Ну що. Я таки це зробила.
Після трьох років життя в країні, яка відрізняється від моєї десь так, як Марс від Землі — я офіційно відкриваю власну компанію: Face to Fake CIC.

Так, я занадто люблю театр. Я намагалася зупинитися. Справді намагалася. Але душа вже продана — і я просто зачахну, якщо не почну знову писати й репетирувати.

Це величезний крок для мене, і я б не наважилась, якби не двоє чудових британців, які з якихось причин погодилися продати свої душі цій справі — Джим Кассон і Фрейзер Мілвард.

Світ змінюється, і я бачу, як сильно разом із ним змінюється моє мистецтво. І чесно — мене трохи лякає власна темрява. Але я в тому стані, коли просто мусиш робити те, про що мрієш… інакше ніколи не помреш багатою й знаменитою. Чого мені дуже хочеться.

Over the last month or two, three of our very favourite people - @dapicnik , @_casson , and @idlejonah - have been hard at work creating this beautiful piece of art - Purple Collective’s first ever piece of physical media. 🟣

Utilising photos from Daniele Cicenaite, our regular behind the lens, alongside words from co-founder Jonah Sharma, old friend of the collective Jim Casson debuted his curation skills for us by crafting this incredible piece of art. He also had a heavy hand in the curation of this post, and the measured combination of crusty, deep-fried memery and decadent artwork epitomises his multi-faceted character beautifully.

A huge thanks to all the parties involved. We couldn’t be prouder of this work, and we can’t way for you all to see them.
